After looking into bundled stretches, I wonder, is it advisable to do bundled stretches using a traction device? My assumption is that that would be potentially dangerous, especially for a beginner, but I haven’t seen anything posted about it.
You should do bundled stretches before you get into your extender or ADS (All Day Stretcher).
It's important to loosen up Tunica albuginea before you are using these kind of stretchers.
Preferably you would use the LengthMaster 3.0 to do this, but you can make do with, Power Assist 2 or a
Broomstick as well.

The Tunica albuginea is thick, so if you loosen it up before you are getting into an extender or an ADS, you will see more temporary elongation and with time this will translate itself into permanent length gains, both in flaccid length and erect length.
 
Thanks a lot guys! Before coming here, I knew only about basic manual stretching and basic jelqs, neither of which gave me any results at all. I had never heard of a traction device and thought pumps were bullshit wastes of money. I didn’t know anything about the science behind concepts like preventing turtling and recovering in the elongated/engorged state. Now I understand that you need ALL of these things combined and each thing has its own individual, and equally important, purpose. I feel like I should be able to add that inch of length and half inch of girth I’m wanting faster than I thought possible.

I believe in doing PE (Penis Enlargement) as effective as possible, SRT goes through all the steps to consider, to make it as effective as possible.

For example: Just having tight underwear and tight pants on, can make your gains slow or not coming at all. You don't want any compression at all.
Also by not keeping your tissue warm enough, while actively stretching (ADS = not active stretching) you can limit your elongation during and after exercise, which limits how fast you will gain.

Temporary gains lead to permanent gains. If you can get your room temperature higher, this would be optimal. I'm using heating fans and MOSRED (for healing and faster growth) for this.

There are many factors to consider...but when you understand the theory of it all, you have the potential to gain as fast as possible. This is the reason I always refer new brothers to the SRT.

So I have a question about the gains being “permanent.”Can gains be permanent in the sense that at some point, you can stop doing PE? Or do you pretty much have to maintain forever and if you don’t, you’ll eventually lose all gains and go back to being the size you started? Or, is there a way to “lock in” a goal size so that you never drop below it again even if you stop PE entirely. For example, if my goal is 7.5”x5.75”, but I surpass that and get to say…9”x6.5”…and then stop, is it possible that I’d lose gains but only fall to my original goal of 7.5? Or is it likely I’d fall all the way back to my starting size of 6.5”x5.25”? And what kind of maintenance frequency is required to simply maintain?

If you cement your gains they will stay. That is why I like bundled stretches so much, when the Tunica albuginea is loosen up, there is no going back and your gains will stay.

Going past 0.5" in length (BPEL) is a good guideline. Doing some lighter lengthwork some time after reaching your goal is a good recommendation. Stretching your penis and scrotum also promote penile health. So personally I will stretch the rest of my life.

I also prefer active stretching with my hands, in comparison to passive stretching (Extender). An extender is completely diffrent from an ADS. An ADS you are supposed to put on after some manual stretches, in order to keep the temporary elongation you got after the session for a long time...this will promote faster gains. If you only use an ADS the gains will come much slower.

You have much more control. If you want fast length gains, LengthMaster 3.0 is the best tool for the job. You have so much control with that device.

Girth is the same concept. With time the temporary expansion will become permanent.

Hey all, FNG here. 39 years old and recently separated. I am fine with my size (6.5” x 5.25”) but I always wanted to give this PE thing a try. My ex would’ve been weirded out by it.

But now I’m free, have my own place, and I’m seeing an amazing new woman and having the best sex of my life. I’m the best she’s ever had (and I know it) but I also know I’m not the biggest she’s had. I just happen to know how to use what I have better than the other guys.

I’m already doing things to her in bed that she never even imagined before she met me but I’m ALWAYS trying to find ways to satisfy her even more. The only area of improvement in bed I can figure out right now is to give her that TRULY big dick that literally knocks the wind out of her and makes her feel it in her stomach.

I’m above average, but I’m not at that level. I happen to know she did enjoy being fucked by an 8” dick even though she said I’m better in bed (I believe her because she dumped him after a few meetups with me). So, I started by purchasing a Penimaster Pro. I definitely like it and I have a desk job where I can wear it up to 10 hours a day at work. After I bought it I discovered this forum. I saw that the Silistretcher is better but oh well…too late now and my Penimaster functions as advertised. But after lurker a bit I DID opt to buy the MitiVac rather than a Bathmate and I’m very very glad I did.

I’ve only had the Penimaster a week and the MitiVac for 4 days but so far my routine has been:

Penimaster for 2-8 hours a day with short breaks here and there where I use a silisleve during those breaks.
MitiVac for 2-3 five minutes sessions at no higher pressure than about 7.5 while I get the hang of it. Siliring during my rest from that.
At night, I’ve been needing my dick to be functional for my new girl so I’m not really doing anything PE-related after about 8 pm.

I’m not even going to bother measuring progress right now. I’m in good physical shape and one of the things I realized early on with that is that the key to success is to not focus on results and just adopt the attitude of “this is just what I do now.” Like going to work. It’s just part of a lifestyle. And I intend to maintain that same attitude for PE. What I will say is I’m already noticing more frequent, harder, and thicker erections after only a week.

Sorry for the long-winded introduction. Just excited to start this journey and give my new girl the best AND biggest she’s ever had.

I’d love to hear what you guys think of my routine. Like I said, I expect this to be a long process, so I’m just taking it slow and listening to my body for now.
Sounds like a good routine you’ve got going, I’m pretty much doing the exact same as you do only I use a Male Edge and Jes extender and just yesterday started incorporating SSJ’s and pumping into my routine again, in the evening

What if you do Twist your penis a few times on the ADS? I.e. BUNDLED STRETCH & ADS at the same time

The problem is that you twist the vains in your penis, and if you keep this bundled position for to long...well I don't belive that is any good.
The reason I belive this is, because you will probably cut off the blood circulation in your penis.

Maybe bundle a little bit, but I don't personally see benefits with this approach. You need to bundle hard, in order to loosen up the tunica albuginea in all 3 dimensions.
Holding a bundled stretch for 5 minutes are not a problem, but for several hours I don't know, and I don't belive we have any data on that, and if this approach really are beneficial.

Thanks! Since coming here, I’ve also added 30 second bundled stretches in every direction, 180 degree twists both cw and ccw, immediately before putting on the extender. I’ve also added SSJ between every pump set. I’ve already gained .25” in length and .25” in girth in just a couple weeks. I’m excited to see how much further I can go with this.

Glad to hear you’ve already gained, means that what you do is working. And I think I’ll start incorporating some bundled 30 sec hold stretches in every direction as well since I have gained length from that before.

Good supplement to the extending that we do and may speed up the gaining process as well.

You will see faster gains.
I recommend holding the bundle stretches for at least 1 minute.
