Hey everyone,

I've been a window watcher of the PE community for many years, a decade now that i think about it. I've always been fascinated and interested in the culture and support. I've never had the privacy, confidence or finance to set out on this journey faithfully, until recent years.

My starting stats are:

F-L: 4.25"
NBPF-SL: 6 1/8"
BPFL-SL: 7.75"
NBPE-L: 6.75"
BPE-L: 7 5/8"

F-G: 5 5/16"
MSE-G: 6"
BSE-G: 6.5"

Erect Goal:

NBPE-L: 9" (overshoot)
NBPE-L: 8.5" (permanent)

I'm grateful for what I've had growing up, but have always been interested in growing him when i learned that it was actually capable.

I just got my first pump MITYVAC HYDROVAC yesterday, and am on day two of pumping. I'll go into the details of the experience elsewhere, but to start, it's nice to get to know you all soon!

welcome to the Brotherhood my friend! I’m glad that you finally have decided to jump in. you picked up a great pump and I really suggest that you use it according to the SRT routine called the 5×5×3. I also hope you read through the entire thread as there is a lot of good information there to create a Routine. If you need any help with this please just ask??

This is an incredibly detailed and comprehensive routine! Thank you so so much! Is there a specific place to ask? I assume on the Pumping threads? For instance, I'm really bad at using the Silisleeves and am either too dense or too thick for the sizes that came with my Hydrovac. The suction dam was totally my bad, no common sense about negative pressure.

Make your self a progress thread in routines so we can see and support your journey as you progress. In terms of noticinv gains this varys amongst every man. If you start committed and consistant in a really good routine theres a very good chance you will see results within the first 3 months. Bug again without that consistancy and dedication it will be hard to come by and this is where many fail. Hope all goes well

I've recently purchased the SRT system excluding the Infrared lamp and the weights.

My current size is:
BPEL: 6.5-6.7in-ish
EG:4.5-..4.8 around Base

Hoping to reach between 7-8 without pressing and a Girth of 5.5-6.

Already used the Hydropump and obtained an average Girth of about 5.5 (actually was near 6 once and surprised the fuck out of myself) close to base. Rest of the shaft was around 5.2ish. Pretty sure most of increase was attributed to fluid retention . I have been doing the girth part of the SRT until my silistretcher arrives. I have spoke with customer service and they informed my why it has not arrived. Also, both of my silisleeves have ripped. My girth is not huge at all. Seems these bands are not as durable as I thought. The thicker sleeve broke on the third use for me. However I do see this Band as useful.

I did see better results from pumping when I used the sleeve too.

Looking to get a decent routine put together for myself in regards to my goals. I have been doing the newbie routine also. Honestly I have noticed slight growth already, however I feel my real gains will come once I receive the silistretcher . Have been seeing some gains from erect stretching with the MityVac when hydropumping too.

I really want Girth. Not really worried so much about length atm. If I can put the work in and reach close to 6 by July 15thish that would be lovely. I know many say dont worry about the numbers, but we have targets. That keeps the enthusiasm within.

Also I am curious about if my cylinder is a good size for what I hope to gain (6in). I have the 2x9.25 cylinder. and was wondering do I need to go higher? Lastly, with persistence, are my goals obtainable by September 1?

Feel free to throw tips or words of encouragement. Appreciate all and cant wait to start my Journey!

Thank you for your excellent introduction. Your goals are very reasonable and I like that you’re following SRT as far as you can for now. Once you have your SiliStretcher you can work that into the routine making it 100% SRT.

You are so welcome my brother! Your goal is very reasonable and I think we can do this inside of a year with the right training. The newbie routine is the best place to start and to build a solid foundation. Some men never even get past the newbie routine because they made their gains there. So start with that and as time goes on we will add to it and bring more intensity. For now stick with the routine.

The best routine you can possibly use with your new pump is the SRT 5×5×3 this will give you insane expansion with very little fluid buildup. People see up to an inch of temporary girth that is useable with the wife! Make sure you look into the healing portions of SRT also. If you have any questions or concerns please just ask

Very realistic goals and very realistic timeframe. What do you plan to use as a work out? I highly recommend you look through the SRT thread and the newbie routines thread. Check them out and let me know if I can help you put a routine together.

I posted my routine as a post on "Penis enlargement forum". Basically it consists of every morning 6 days/week: manual stretches, kegels, bathmate, and phallosan forte. I'm setting my goals realistic because there's no point in setting it too high, it's more likely this is going to take quite a few months to make good gains.

Back when I first found PE, I was suprised such a thing was even possible. So I aimlessly went through a whole bunch of info and ended up doing jelqs and a few other basic stretches. Regretabbly at the time I had trouble comitting and staying consistent and stopped after a short while, although I did see some changes even with the half ass job that I did in the form of better EQ. Now after a long while my interest in PE came back with a vengence, and if I find a proper routine I believe I should be able to commit myself to doing it. I am very intrigued by the newbie routine and will probably end up comitting to that first.

How hard should I be squeezing each jelq? What are the signs that tell me that I am squeezing just right or too little? 4. Is bio oil ok to use as lube when jelqing?

I would say to watch the video would be your best plan of action. If you go to the video form you will find many videos on this. But loosely answer your questions you should be 85% or above when jelqing. 300 jelqs of about one second per jelq should take 30 minutes. Use very intense grip when jelqing to avoid any blood leaving your penis.

Depends how big your fat pad is, most average about an inch is lost in it, hard to get completely rid tho of should I say impossible

I would start right away with both there’s no faster way to see new gains then losing weight and doing PE at the same time. As you see the weight loss and how much more of your penis is exposed it becomes very addicting to watch the progress. Plus your progress is two fold, gains and weight loss. I think it would just be a smart idea to do a whole body makeover and dedicate yourself 100%

My Penis Enlargement journey started back in 2006 when I thought I would buy the magic pill that can grow your member 3 inches. My pills arrived and a membership to mens network came with it thats when I found out about Penis Enlargement and the extra work required to get the gains the pills promised. Penis Enlargement was something I tried to do for the next couple of months, making quick gains I just stopped because my girl started commenting on how it feels bigger.
2010 came around and I thought I would get back into Penis Enlargement and back onto mens network, started by doing a basic routine of stretching, jelqs and squeezes. Following this routine for 3 months I gained over 1" in length and some girth as well, then i went overseas for a couple of weeks and never got back into Penis Enlargement until the last month or 2.
Penis Enlargement is a great thing for me as my size is less than average, this time around with a changed plan of attack i hope to get success, being completely up front with my girl about it so I have nothing to hide is a great start, she doesn't understand why I am doing this but is supportive at the same time.
I have to thank mens network for the inch and a bit (if I measured correctly) i gained but it doesn't seem to have the traffic of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] , so I don't seem to check it out to often. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] seems more like a community with a lot of new posts to read and some inspiring ones like the progress thread where the guy only jelqed and gained plenty.
I probably wont post to often as I don't have much to add but i will be on here most days to help with the motivation issues I have.
This great I too started about 5 years ago but stoped after a couple months found yhis forum and it reignited my desire for a larger cock! Kudos bro glad you're on!

Hi. I've been practicing PE for quite some time, about 15 years. I found MOS via Google. I was looking for ball pumping sites and came across s couple of sites and then found MOS. I was air pumping and then recently bought a Bathmate hydro 9. World great. I interchange between Bathmate and air with good results. Really enjoying pumping my balls.

Hi Ronnie! There are instructions on this site about the Size Doctor. However, if you're considering length workouts I would gaze at Lengthmaster and Silistretcher. (Possibly Stealth Stretcher!)

Having been blessed and had the chance to try different equipment, I would favor Silistretcher over Size Doctor. In my case Silistretcher was far easier to apply compared to Size Doctor.
And easiness really adds up to you doing the routines on a more consistent basis, at least in my opinion.

You can make a log about your workouts towards bigger unit, take measurements and photos to keep track of your gains.

Hello Ronnie glad to meet you. There’s two places to start out to get a better understanding and that would be the newbie routine and the SRT routine. Between these two routines you’ll get a great education on PE without having to go through thousands of posts. Read through those two links and come back with any questions you might have.

As far as the size doctor goes I would like to know why you chose it because I think there’s better choices. Let me know the information on that so I can help you make an informed decision. And all of our equipment comes with English instructions. Like my friend said above you be better served getting a Lengthmaster and SiliStretcher, these will bring length gains the fastest.

Let me know what you think and if you need some help putting a routine together just let me know and we can work on that.
 
Hey guys. TOTAL newbie here. Been happy with my equipment for most of my life, and never thought much about it until I hit "a certain age" and things sort of stopped working as reliably as they used to. I went from not thinking too much about my bits to PISSED OFF that they weren't there when I wanted them, and started learning (to my horror) about penile plaque buildup and how so much of what we take for granted for so much of our lives (remember random hard-ons during class for no reason?) gradually go away over the years and how that lack of "exercise" inexorably lead to where I was. No, man. That's just not acceptable for me. So now the game looks like it's all about breaking down tissue, rebuilding it (with collagen instead of calcium plaque!) and increasing blood flow. Based on my research, it looks like there's next to no line between the "medical treatment of ED" and the "recreational" practice of PE, if you exclude the pharmaceutical band-aid fixes that treat symptoms and not first causes. So here I am. Not looking for gains so much as general penile health, buuuut, I'm still a guy, so I'm definitely not going to turn my nose up at any gains that come my way, LOL!

No, man. That's just not acceptable for me. So now the game looks like it's all about breaking down tissue, rebuilding it (with collagen instead of calcium plaque!) and increasing blood flow. Based on my research, it looks like there's next to no line between the "medical treatment of ED" and the "recreational" practice of PE, if you exclude the pharmaceutical band-aid fixes that treat symptoms and not first causes. So here I am. Not looking for gains so much as general penile health, buuuut, I'm still a guy, so I'm definitely not going to turn my nose up at any gains that come my way, LOL!

Been around a long while, but stopped PE for just as long. I was on Thunders around 2002. I use to hang up to 45lbs and was never really a manual stretch person. I'd say i've gained an inch which fluctuates depending on any type of maintenance. Getting back what you lost is easier the second time around. So here I am again getting back into the game. Patiently waiting on my Size Doctor Vac Extender and will follow the Length Super Sets.

You’ve been in this game almost as long as I have! And you’re completely correct on gaining back what you may have lost that was not made permanent. For all veterans when they return after a long period they easily make those gains back. What do you plan on doing as far as length supersets?
 
Howsit guys. New to the forum but been doing PE on and off for 2 years (mostly off).

Recently decided I'm going to take it a lot more seriously.
Got the old Penomet out of the cupboard and for some reason I'm 8.5" in the tube consistently. Where as in the past with 6 months of solid pumping and stretching I struggled to hit 8. Maybe the 6 month break did something? Anyway, it's given me some motivation to start up again.

My goals are to increase erection angle and mostly my base girth of 5.5 which is about an inch thinner than my mid girth and something I'm not that stoked about. My EQ mid to top shaft is great but the base and inner isn't strong.

My routine: basic stretching before pumping for 3 sets of 5 mins while errect. I let the Penomet hang while I'm in it as I feel more pressure at the base.
I do some v-jelqs between sets.
Then, kegals 50x5 sec hold and rep out 100 quick ones a couple times a day.

I don't want anymore length. I read long ago that stretching will hinder girth so i never did it. Honestly I don't know how to increase base girth. If there was a routine for that specifically I'd follow it religiously.

Anyway long story. I'm happy to get stuck into the chat forums with you guys ?

Warm up with a rice sock. A few sets of manual stretches in every direction with a 30-60 second hold. Cranks. Extender for 1-2 hours and repeat. I'm planning to start simple until I form a routine. May eventually get back to hanging.

New to M.O.S. and am interested in both foreskin restoral and adding length and girth. I haven't taken my pre-PE measurements but will today. Any guys who are also interested in foreskin restoral, I'd like to hear about your experiences and, hopefully, progress.
