I have already read through the SRT thread and will begin with the newb routine, I plan on getting the Bathmate in a couple weeks and the Phallosan once I'm a couple on months into the routine.

Sounds good my brother and I’ll be here to help you put that together. But please forgo the Phallosan and go for the SiliStretcher it is a much better piece of equipment with many more options at about half the price. thanks! I looked into the SiliStretcher and will for sure get this instead of the Phallosan , I also decided to go with the MityVac instead of the Bathmate due to the pressure gauge being included.

I placed the order for the MityVac and will be using the Silisleeve to help with turtling during recovery. How should I incorporate the MityVac into the newb routine?
I have been doing the newb stretches and 200 Jelqs (once a day) for exactly one week with 6 days on and 1 day rest(today). I also do a set of stretches every time I go to the bathroom through out the day.

Welcome to the brotherhood my friend and I’m glad you see the value of this family and what we can do for you. Being upset is not a bad thing if you keep it in check. I have OCD big time but I use it to my advantage. I suggest to start out with the newbie routine and to take major cues from the SRT routine. Between these two routines you have everything you need to put on the size you desire.

New guy. Looking to start making gains in 2020. A divorce has me sitting around after work thinking (and drinking) too much. Ready for change. Wanting to jump right in and get the SRT bundle. Good idea or will I just end up hurting myself? Also, anyone have experience stretching with piercings? Any known issues?

Bundles are a must for beginners and pros. If you want some help creating a routine let me know.
 
I would love some personal training! I will get with you and figure out what exactly I need. The forum shop doesn’t offer many of the devices I’ve read about on here. Like the Phallosan. Do we not get any sort of discount on it? Do I need to order it direct through them? Is there a better alternative?

Hey, guys I just found this forum from a recommendation from a buddy who also recommended me to get a bathmate. I'm currently 19 and extremely overweight so my measurements might not be fully accurate but I just measured my penis and the results gave me major anxiety and now I feel like shit. I'm working towards losing weight, but I also know that it won't make that much of a difference since I pulled back the fat and measured and I had been with a chick who told me that I'm a little smaller than average.

My goal is to reach 7 inches girth and 8 inches length when erect. I don't know if that will increase the size when flaccid but I'd also like a bit of a size increase in flaccid state.

my current measurements are 3 inches length and 3.5/4 inches girth when flaccid and 4.5/5 inches length and 4/4.5 inches girth when erect. These arent 100% accurate due to my fat but I think its more or less this length.

looking at this length makes me feel really emasculated and I hope I can reach my goal size with the help of you guys.

I also had a question, how long will it take and once I reach my goal do I need to keep doing this forever, or how exactly will making my results permanent work.

ps due to my weight and masturbation habits my stamina is also pretty shitty so a boost in that area would also be a great bonus

It’s great to hear and that will be a perfect set up for me to create a great routine for you. Let me know when everything comes in and I will put it together for you. In the meantime I suggest using the newbie routine.

It really feels like I have massive turtling after a session :(

With a heavy duty work out you will turtle and you will feel soreness at the base but these are very temporary. As you become more used to the exercises and start to include healing techniques in length this will not be an issue. But I’m happy you’re getting good workouts in.

I saw a few routines and I'm trying creating one to adapt my routine. I started 3 days ago and started to get the hang with the exercises. I think i will try to see the evolution for a while and try to buy a device in the future

I've tried a pump once only (got it 2 days ago) and was thinking of mixing exercise and pumping. As for the routine, I didn't really have a chance to try any, is there something ideal for pump and manual exercises (not sure if jelq is ideal).

Any suggestions are welcome!

I would look to put a routine together combining SRT in the newbie routine. Between these two routines we should be able to put together a very good work out for you. How much time do you have to invest in a routine each day?

1- im trying to lose weight now, so is it okey to do pe while dieting? though im not at a huge caloric deficit cause im doing a low carb diet (high protein/ high fat/0 carb)
2- i live with my family so time and privacy might be a problem sometimes. so if i do multiple sessions of 5-10 mins instead of one big session of like 30-60min , is it effective? and do i have to warm up for mini session even if it s under 5min ? and if so how long sould the warm up be for a short session?

Losing weight while doing a PE program is very smart as you will gain from the exercises you’re using and you will also gain visually from the fat that is removed from your pubic area. So I always encourage men to do the whole body workout.

Five minutes sessions throughout the day that add up to 60 to 90 minutes will be just as effective as doing a 60 or 90 minute session. In a lot of ways it may benefit you since this is a constant exercise you’ll do throughout the day never allowing the penis to shrivel or turtle. Sounds good to me make a really good progress log so we can follow and make adjustments were necessary.
 
Hello all, after lurking for a while I've decided to begin my PE journey. I'm a 29yo married man in Florida.

After taking my measurements today, I have found that my BPEL and BPFSL are nearly identical at 6.5". I have always thought of myself of more of a "grower", but I guess that's really not the case. My girth is just under 5".

My goal at the moment is to gain an inch in each measurement, so 7.5x6". Obviously I would be ok with more! If I reach 7.5x6 I will keep going for more! 8x6.5 would be awesome!

I do understand the thought behind the SiliSleeve, is it pointless to practice PE without some kind of sleeve so the penis heals in an elongated state? Also, being that I work outside in the Florida heat, I'm usually sweating all day, so not sure if something like that would stay on all day.

You could use the ace wrap which will hold you at your elongated state. You could use something like the SS to keep you moderately stretched throughout the day. But if none of this is available to you it will not prevent you from gaining you simply will not heal as quickly.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I just completed the newbie routine for the first time. I had about a 3 hour drive this morning and practiced the different Kegel workouts most of the trip.

After completing the first few stretches, I really began to relax and enjoy the process. I can definitely see the benefits of PE that are more than just a bigger penis.

In some of the stretches I could feel the ligaments being stretched, however for the most part it felt more like i was stretching the skin. I'm sure as I progress I will feel it more inside. Also I had some stubble at the base so I think that made it somewhat uncomfortable. Also, my grip at the head was somewhat uncomfortable and painful at times for most of the stretches. Is this part of the process? Or am I starting off too intense?

i’m very happy that you started the newbie routine and I will advise you on this. In the beginning there will be both tissue growth and skin stretch. The skin needs to stretch to a point that can accommodate the new size coming on. This is a normal process that will repeat itself through your PE career.

pain below the head will eventually fade and it will not experience the soreness any longer. It takes a bit for all these things to come together but they will, have faith.

Soreness at the base of the penis is completely normal and will eventually completely fade only to return when you start a more intense exercise.

Hi guys. Joined a couple years ago and just read, trying to get some knowledge you know. I started Jelqing but I didn’t know what I was doing, but saw a result over the summer (not too much but it was a gain).
Then I stopped completely. I bought a bathmate hercules back in 2014 and used it off and on for some 6-8 months. Stopped using it in 2016 (I know idiot) and lost any gains I made. But I did keep some, even though I didn’t keep a record my penis was just under 6 inches erect don’t remember girth, and as of January 31 2020 it measured 6 3/4 inches x 4 5/8 inches girth.
I stared pumping again cause I gained a lot of weight (I’m 37 now and gotta make a lifestyle change) and now I’m dropping some weight also as I start my PE experience again. I’m also sticking to it cause I was in a brief relationship with a woman and she left after 4 months, I tried contacting her (like a dumbass) and she told me she has moved on to “bigger and better things”. So that was a stab to the heart. Well anyway I will post an update just to keep getting motivated, this is my first time uploading anything here on MOS, here I am pumping in the shower.
