Dude....Congratulations on your increase in size. Are you looking to go 10 Inches or stop.
Also, I need a little bit of help. I currently measure 5.5 inches erect size. I would love to add 3 inches.
In my part of the world it is difficult to get an extender. Can u advise how I can grow three inches without an extender.
