Hi Kingsnake, Dr Kaplan seems to be an expert in the pumping game. Do you feel that it has brought good gains for you? Do you use the 9.75 inch cylinder? Would you recommend it for someone starting around the 8" mark?

Hey guys. I was sick over the weekend and took today off at work. I bet yal can guess what I did all day at home on a Monday. Penis Enlargement all day BABY. Normally I do 5 sets of hanging through out the day scheduled around my job but today since I was off on a sick day I did 12 sets of tunica hanging with my pulley system and hanger attached close to the base method. Each set was 20 minutes a peace. Pretty hardcore ha. After I reached set number eight I had to drop the weight down from 25 pounds to 12 ½ pounds because of major fatigue and soreness. I have never felt such soreness from the penile tissue running threw my scrotum area before. Today was definitely hardcore. I am considering today’s hanging workout a 1 day shock routine. I’m feeling much better now and tomorrow I’m going back to work and will commence with my 5 sets a day hanging routine. Surprisingly after all 12 hanging sets my erection quality is still good and I got to use it on my neighbor Heather earlier today at around 11:00 pm.

Through out today I took some hanging pics and edging pics. In the pics I have wrote in detailed descriptions of what exactly is going on and what part of the penis is being stressed with my hanging approach. I have also written in detailed descriptions of the pulley system and how the rope with the weight is run through it with the other end of the rope attached to my hanger. I have noticed that a lot of members lately have been experiencing difficulties with length training because of the dorsal steel like cord that runs along the shaft. I could be wrong but I think my tunica hanging from the base method is by passing the dorsal cord problem because with my hanging method, the load is being place on the penile tissue within the base and scrotum area. I’m not sure but I don’t think the dorsal cord runs all the way back with in the base and scrotum area so this could be why I haven’t run into problems with the dorsal cord. For you guys that are struggling with length gains give my hanging method a try for a couple of months and see if it helps out.
 
Im the same with my "at home" created Penis Enlargement stuff. I love your pulley system with the chair and the weights. I use my old weights I have laying around the house. Have you always tried to make shore the pressure was on the base of your penis. Cause I have always tried to focus on stretching the entire penis but have always wonder about doing it that way for my ligs.

I going to convert over to the dark side as well. I going to only do length work until I reach my goal cause girth has come to a halt and fell like its time for change.

Hey Skoomie. My flaccid penis is about that size even when not hanging. It can fluctuate depending on the weather.

Hey Girth Hammer. How much perminant gains have you made in girth so far? If you are struggling girth wise then move to length training for now. You’ll find that with hanging you’ll get some base girth increases as well as length increases. With hanging I don’t really like focusing on the entire penis because once I get to hanging over 10 pounds my erection quality would suffer. I see more deforming potential at the base of the penis and the penis that runs within the scrotum sac. I havent got much of any girth gains that I noticed in a few months do to my overdoing it. I seen someone else say the same and they said they always would change things up to get gains. Me going to length for awhile is a big change from always girth to no girth and length. I will throw in some bundled stretches and bends though.

Also someone here I PM alot told me the same you said, about the base girth so look foward to that. And he told me when a go back to girth I will see the gains come quicker from all the hanging and the way it helps with your blood capacity in your penis.

Today I had to drop the weight from my normal 25 pounds down to 12 pounds because my penis has been very fatigued do to the 12 set shock routine I did on Monday when I was at home sick. That shock routine really caused some very good break down in the penile tissue in the base in scrotum area and I haven't been able to hang with my usual 25 pounds since. I think that 12 set shock routine was just what the doctor ordered. Hopefull more gains are coming my way.

I may start doing a 10-12 set shock routine every two weeks or every other Monday to really break down the tissues then just do my normal 5 sets a day routine to continue tissue break down and deformation for the rest of the week. Write now as I'm typing this my penile shaft in the scotum area is very fatigue and I can't wait to hit it some more tommorrow for another 5 sets of hanging.

So far I did my usual 3 sets of hanging before going to work this morning and I did my lunchtime hanging session then edged. During my lunch time edging session my erection quality was better then I’ve ever seen it. The glans were nice and engorged and my girth towards the base looked thicker then normal. I am not scheduled to measure until this Monday coming up but I decided to measure today at lunch and I have made some more gains. My Non bone pressed length is now .1 under 9 and a quarter inches and my bone pressed erect length is now 9.5 ½ – 9.6 inches at full throttling erection. Also my suspicions about my base girth were correct with my base girth now increased to 6.2 inches. I give my hanging method credit for the increase in base girth do to deforming of the shaft with in the base and scrotum sac. Unfortunately my midshaft girth is still at 5.5 inches. Hopefully when I start putting 90 - 100% concentration in girth work, I’ll get out of this mid shaft girth slump so my dick won’t look like a road cone. Today was a nice and sunny day so I took most of my pics out on my patio so the pics would show my dick under natural sun light.

I don’t know if these gains came from essessive accumulated deformation caused by that 12 set hanging shock routine I did on Monday but I have decided to do a 10-12 set shock routine every other Monday now then just do my normal 5 hanging sets a day routine for the rest of week or two weeks in between.
