Hey guys kingsnake checking in after a great holiday weekend. I am glad that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is up and running again. I was beginning to worry that something bad happened.
For Penis Enlargement training I have added pumping into my routine. I have cut my 1 hour evening jelqing session down to 30 minutes and added two 15 minutes sets of pumping at 4-6gs.
Hopefully with my reintroduction to pumping I will see some midgirth gains. One down side to my pump is I didn't get a long enough pump. When pumping to 5-6Gs my length fills up the entire tube and starts to get smashed at the top. My base girth also fills up the base area of the tube but midgirth and up still has room to expand. I'm most likely going to get a longer pump After that I still edge for 10-15 minutes then wear my cable clamp as and ADCs for 2 hours and go hang out.
Still doing 8 sets of hanging through out the day Mon-Friday but now I am no longer hanging straight down. All 8 sets are tunica/inner penis hanging laying down on my back with my pulley system. Also increased the weight to 20 pounds today, still doing 15-18 minutes sets. Still hanging with the hanger attached near the base and the stress I feel from the inner penile tissue underneath the scrotum area is ridiculous with 20 pounds. Hoping new gains will arrive with the new jump to 20 pounds.
For my bodybuilding efforts I have started my cutting diet last week at a starting weight of 229 pounds at 11% bodyfat. I am currently weighing 224 pounds at 10% bodyfat and plan on getting down to a ripped and shredded 205-215 pounds if everything goes according to plan. I have dropped my carbs down to 150 grams a day. Looking to lose about 2 pounds a week while keeping my hard earned strength and muscle in the process.
