Hey Demyx. I can't tell you how long it's going to take to reach your goals with the golf weights because I just started with the golf weights about 3-4 days ago my self. With hanging I have gained .49 inches in 4-5 months time. Just to be on the safe side with the golf weights you should take them off every 20 minutes until you are comfortable enough to keep with on beyond 20 minutes. Constently check your glans for coldness and numbness. Yesterday I was able to wear the golf weights for 4 hours straight. I'm actully wearing the right now while typing this.
If you decide to do hanging then only hang with 20 minutes sets tops.
