Yeah I am dedicating alot of time into my Penis Enlargement workouts because I don't want to be Penis Enlargementing vigorusly like this in the future. I figure while I am only 24 years old I shoud try my best to reach my max potential in penis size now and then all I have to do later in life is short maintainence sessions that won't be as time consuming as my sessions are now.

As far as suppliments go I take whey protein shakes for my bodybuilding efforts. I am also taking citrulline maliate powder for my bodybuilding and Penis Enlargement efforts. I am also taking a multivitimun for general health
 
Dude I wanna have your dedication, I'd be a lot closer to my goal than I am now. Im just always sooo lazy. You're an idol to me, keep it up for our inspiration!! :)
 
Thanks 8iG. I appreciate it. Yeah man I figure it's best to sacrifice a shit ton of time now so I don't have to worry about it later on in life. I wish I had a job that I could work from home like stillwantmore and Bib have. Those guys would spend up to 7-8 hours a day doing Penis Enlargement and there efforts payed off tremendisly from it. From many hours of hanging BIB went from average size to 10.5 inches in length and 6.5 inches in midgirth. I'm defenently a believer that more work done safely is best for big gains.

Hey guys Kingsnake checking in again with a new gain in my base girth and some pics of my brutal Penis Enlargement workout today and physique progress pics. Since the day after thanksgiven November 27,2009, I slightly chance my Penis Enlargement routine and added more hanging sets. I still do my Penis Enlargement training Monday through Friday 5 days a week but now my lay out is as follows.

Morning Penis Enlargement workout: Three 18 minute tunica hanging sets with 7.5 – 10 lbs. I still perform my inner penis/tunica hanging by laying down on my back and having my hanger attached to a pulley which has the weight attached to that. After that I do 10 minutes of light wet jelqs for circulation and penile health, 10 minutes of edging for erection quality and penile health.

I work at my job from 9am – 6pm Monday through Friday. Instead of taking anymore risk of pulling my dick out in my cubicle to do manual stretches every now and then I now wear my pipe repair clamp device as an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] through out my time there. Every 20 minutes I take off the repair clamp for 5-10 minutes of recirculation.

Lunch break Penis Enlargement workout: I am lucky to where my job is 5 minutes from my house and I get an hour lunch. On lunch break I do 30-40 minutes of manual bundled stretches variations then jerk my self to an erection for blood circulation and penile health then go back to work. After work I still go to the gym to workout then come home and do my evening Penis Enlargement workout which is as follows.

Evening Penis Enlargement workout: Three 18 minute tunica hanging sets with 7.5 – 10 lbs
After that I do two 18 minute sets of lig hanging. For lig hanging I either lay on my bed and attach the weight to my pulley system or I simply just standing up and let the weight hang. After my hanging is done, I still do 30 minutes to 1 hour of wet jelqs and sqeeze variations then I edge for erection quality purposes. After that I use a cable clamp as and ADCs for 1-2 hours to keep my dick engorged while it heals. At this time I jump in the shower, get cleaned up and go hang out.

Since I have bumped up the hanging sets, my dick has been worn out and erection quality has suffered slightly because of it but in return my base girth has increased to 6.1 inches even when semi erect. All of my other stats are the same so far. I think I will increase my citruline malite supplement back up to three scoops a day to counter act the slight decrease in erection quality. Down below are some pics of my Penis Enlargement workout today.

I also have two new non bonepressed measured pics but my stats have not changed in that area yet and my dick was really worn out so I wasn’t at my best but I have posted them anyway.

As far as my physique progress goes I have now bulked up to 223 LBS with 10 % bodyfat and a minimum fat pad. I have been eating about 4000 calories a day. My strength is increasing in the weight room but I have lost some definition from all of the water I am holding. Loss of definition comes with the territory of bulking up. My goal is to get up to 230 – 235 LBS slowly then start cutting. Hopefully the end result will be me at 205 – 210 LBS with 5-6 % bodyfat with an extremely thin fat pad and ripped to the bone.

Down below I also have some physique pictures of my progress as well.
 
Here are the last set of pics. These pics are of me using my ADCs for 2 hours after my evening Penis Enlargement workout, my new base girth measurement, and my physique progress. I also have two new nbel measured pics. My normal non bonepressed measurement is 8.75 inches but my dick isn't at it's hardest from fatigue of my now more strenous Penis Enlargement workout.

whaaaat. ok i will tell you the truth. lately im avoiding looking in your thread because it makes me so jealous everytime. its like all I see is gains. rofl But it is harder for you to gain girth than it is to gain length, right?

and look at that chest. oh shit. whatre you eating man, young children? any chance having a glimpse at your workout plan? well at least those pics give me some motivation :P

Ive got a question about your tunica hanging though, I noticed in the pic description it says " tunica hanging without rice sock for tissues to cool in extended state"

This is something I remember reading about but I couldnt find when I searched for it--cooling the tunica

I noticed how in an earlier post you said the tunica was like a tire, when erect its like a tire filled with air and when flaccid it has great elasticity.
So I was wondering, do you first hang in front of the heater to loosen up the tunica, and then continue to hang without any heat to let the tunica cool and harden in the stretched state?
Would it be wise (for me, or anyone else) to stretch the tunica first with heat, then continue stretching without? (I saw you had a portable heater and I have since invested in my own :))
Im assuming by your pics that you use the rice sock the entire time you stretch your ligs, but what about after? Do you apply any sort of warm down heat?
Speaking of warm downs, do you do any sort of warm down after stretching and edging in the morning or at night after clamping?
Im mostly only doing manual stretches and jelqing, but do you think a warm down could possibly be counterproductive for cooling the tunica in its stretched state, since heat would theoretically allow it to heal back to its normal (smaller) shape?

Sorry for all the questions, Im just really interested and you said you had done a lot of research about the tunica and plastic deformation, so I would reallllyy appreciate it. :)

Man, you are the consistency itself. Your workout is just incredible. I think I have never seen such a disciplined Penis Enlargement'er before. But as you notice, it pays off ;).

The body looks great and what I like the most about you body isnt the size, as that to me isnt what makes a great male body but the shape, proportions and symmetry you have .. I can tell you have really trained wisely with keeping that ''V'' shape ... if you havent already lets read your story on the body in the bb section here.

The penis looks great and keeps growing eachtime you post pix here. Wont be long before your 9 1/2 inches length and 6 1/2 inches girth.

I assume that white hand in the mirror is that very helpful neighbour of yours? thats what neighbours are for right .. haha

Last night was the first time I have been to a gym in about 3 years. Been lifting at home. The first thing I seen was puke right where I parked when I got out my car and that reminded me why I love lifting at home rofl. Felt awkward cause Im use to lifting alone but after I got going I had tunnel vision and pretended all the meatheads werent there.

Great gains in the other department. I have been sick as a wet puppy so my penis has been on turtle for the last 2 weeks so all I do is edge right now cause it cant take anything else or it turtles on me.
 
hey snake quick question how do you get your pectorial mucles(chest) how do you get it so your man boobs( qcouldnt thin k of the proper word to use) are like not moving you know firm so they are pects not man boobs what excerises should i do? btw i usually do 3 sets of 25 of normal pushups and 2 sets of wide arm with 20 ech set a night.

Hey 8iG. Your are right it has been easier for me to gain length then it has been for girth. My basegirth is improving pretty good but midshaft girth remains at 5.5 inches. If my base girth keeps improving my dick is going to look like a road cone so I need for my midgirth to catch up so everything evens out. As far as my bodybuilding plan goes, I am lifting weights 4 times a week and doing cardio 3 times a week. My current routine is as follows.

Monday: Chest,biceps
Tuesday: Legs, abdominals
Thursday: Shoulders,Triceps
Friday: Back, abdominals

My eating routine for gaining mass is as follows:

Meal 1: Oatmeal, fruit, and scrambled egg whites
Meal 2: Protein Shake and mixed nuts
Meal 3: 2 loaded bake potatoes, mixed vegetables, and chicken breast
Meal 4 (Preworkout meal): Protein shake and mixed fruit
Meal 5 (Postworkou meal): Protein shake with 50 grams of dextrose mixed in
Meal 6: 6 Scramble whole eggs or eat out if I am at a bar or night club

I am eating around 250 grams of protein a day. Ruffley around 4000 calories a day. All though I’m bigger im not as ripped as before but I will start dieting down soon.

Hey drob17, to develop muscular pecs you need to be hitting the weights. Pushups aren’t going to build a set of monster pecs. You need to be in the weight room pushing that iron. Heavy flat benchpress and Incline benchpress using barbells and dumbells.

Hey laocoon, when I do my hanging sets I apply my heater and rice sock to my genitals for the first 10 minutes of my sets then I let the tissues cool while they are still under tension in the CREEP phase. I normally warm up by sticking my dick in a glass of warm to hot water for 5-10 minutes before I start my Penis Enlargement workouts. During my 10 minute breaks between hanging sets I dip my dick in warm to hot water for recirculation and penile health.

I would say you are a leader with lots of followers watching you now-great job! The low body fat makes the rod much nicer and more pronounced.
It seems by reading you post that you spend about 1hr each day spread out over the coarse of the day doing various type of excerises.
How long have you been doing Penis Enlargement?
