Hey guys. Just for shits and giggles I went ahead and took a picture of a house hold item that I can compare to my length since I have seen a few people post pics of that. I am using my next door neighbor’s shampoo bottle which measures 8.6 inches long on the dot. I know measuring from the side of the dick is illegal but I’m just comparing for fun. I had Heather take a pic of my dick with the bottle. Hopefull one day I can match the bottle width wise.

Hey guys. Last night and this morning I took some pics of my edging working out that I do after each Penis Enlargement session to restore fresh blood to the stressed tissues. The evening edging pics are after my 1 hour wet jelq and squeeze variations workout so my post expansion was really good and my erection quality has returned back up to full throttle since I have increased my citrulline malate intake. As a matter of fact my erection quality was probably at its all time best last night without taking Viagra. My dick also seems to be getting used to the added hanging sets that I have implemented.

Today’s morning edging session was right after my three sets of tunica hanging before I went to work. The morning edging pics I don’t have any post expansion since I don’t do girth work in the morning. Morning time is just for hanging and then edging afterwards.

Hey guys I just want to remind everybody about the importance of edging. In my opinion edging really helps with erection quality and also helps jump start the healing process after a heavy Penis Enlargement session. Damn dude, Im sooo jealous.
It seems like I havent gained in nearly a year now, so Im getting back to basics, focusing mostly on jelqing.
Ive got a question about edging though. Right after my routine (either 20 minutes manual stretching and 20 minutes wet jelqing OR just 30 minutes wet jelqing), I try to edge but find that is pretty difficult to get an erection, I have to jerk it pretty fast to get it up, and then it becomes flaccid again pretty quick if I dont keep edging.
-does this happen to you or is it easy to get erect after wet jelqing or stretching?
-could this be a sign that Im overtraining? or just a sign of a good work out?

Dude thanks for writing your workout plan. Awesome dedication towards nutrition. If I werent so lazy, Id have a closer look at that myself. but theres something I dont understand.
A pushing motion like when benchpressing will work on your triceps and chest while a pulling motion uses backmuscles and biceps. But I saw youre training chest/biceps + triceps and back seperatly. Also abbs twice a week? arent you overtraining? well as Im looking at the result I should be better of shutting my mouth, but Im just wondering as to your thoughts about that.
 
Hey thanks Threak-X and opa for the support. Hey Laocoon, after a Penis Enlargement session it's normal for your dick to be fatigue. One of the purposes of the edging session right after is to restore fresh blood and health to the fatigued penis. If you are having trouble staying erect then make sure you are looking at some hardcore adult entertainment while you jerk it. Also remember not to jerk off with a vice grip or ruffley. The edging session is to be done as a tool for EQ purposes. Your dick might be fatigued in the beginning of your edging session but after 5-10 minutes of repeated stopping just before you blow your load, your dick should be at least close to 100% erect.

Hey German Stallion, the home made hanger I am using is called a pipe repair clamp. I got it for 5 bucks at Home Deput. The device works great but if you can afford it you should get the Bib hanger. The only reason why I am using the repair clamp device is because I can't afford a BIB right now. Hey 8iG, the reason why I don't train chest with triceps or back with biceps is because after a heavy chest or back workout my triceps and biceps are already fatigued and I can't trained them as heavily. I have enough days of rest between bodyparts to where my biceps and triceps get enough rest. If you think about it I train chest on Monday and even though the triceps are hit secondary I don't directly train the triceps until Thursday so they get 3 days worth of rest. Same thing for back and biceps.

Hey kingcobra. Thanks for the compliments and support man. I appreciate it. Yeah I have been putting alot of time in Penis Enlargementing. The rest of this year and next year I will continue to sacrifice my time to achieve my Penis Enlargement goals. I want to reach my highest potential now so all I have to do afterwards is maintenance sessions every now and then. As far as my final goal is concerded I don't really have a set number anymore. I don't mind getting more length but I am definently not stopping until I achieve at least a 6 inch midshaft girth. Basically I want to make my dick as big as my max potential will allow. My girth work is going pretty good so far. For girth I have been doing 1 hour of wet jelqs and sqeeze variations in the evening and a 45 minute bundled stretch workout during my lunchbreak.
I was thinking about getting into pumping again because when I first started Penis Enlargement back in 2008, I began with pumping however the cheap pump I bought broke within 2 months of use. During the 2 months of me using it I gained a quarter inch in length and .1 in base girth. I bought a new pump several months ago but I never use it anymore. I haven't pumped in at least 5 months but I'm thinking about given it another try. Maybe add it into my 1 hour evening jelq sessions.

If you want a wider chest without the droopy tits than use a wider grip on the bench press with the elbows right out to the side when the arm comes down, don't let those elbows come in otherwise it puts more stress on triceps.

Something else that works the chest width GREATLY is neck presses, they are brilliant for it ... like bench press but to the neck and with less weight, as its a more pec exercise than compound .. do it in smith machine for safety.

Lastly try pec dips on a 'V' bar or if you cant get one it doesn't matter, just make sure when you do them your form is STRICT .. chin tucked in to the chest and back concave with legs hanging down and out in front ... this puts all wait onto the pec and do it again with elbows OUT with your grip so that the inside of the forearm is going outwards, not your usual dip hand position ... for more look up vince girondas chest dip.

These all work and I have a wide chest to show for it .. will post some pix in a few days .. no droopy tits here.
 
Good post RED. I couldn't of said it better myself. Also drob17 if your chest is droppy you might want to get your bodyfat levels down. Even with a muscular chest if your bodyfat is over 20 -23% then your chest will still look droppy from all of the fat hanging off of it. Its just like with having a six pack of abs. Most people think that constant abdominal work or higher reps will get them a sixpack but getting there bodyfat down is actually more important to reveal the muscular definition underneath the fat.

Hey guys I was unable to do my Thursday and Friday bodybuilding workout so I went to the gym today to catch up. I decided to take some pics of my training. On Sunday the gym is empty so I didn't have to worry about anybody looking at me funny. I had my friend and occasional workout partner John take the pics.
 
Thanks for all the great info Kingsnake so after Penis Enlargementing no matter what kind jelqing stretching etc you edge. How long do you do that too, i thought that blowing a load after Penis Enlargementing was not good.
