Hey Zoetic8, Edging is when you lightly jerk your dick off and stop just short of cumming. By doing this proper blood circulation is restored to your dick after hanging or clamping. I personally think that edging is great for the build up of testosterone and other hormones that aid in good erection quality.

I actually don't do full erect clamping anymore because I didn't feel it was working for me. I only use a cable clamp now as an ADCs for an hour after my evening Penis Enlargement work out just to keep the tunica expanded while its starts recovering from the workout. Based on my readings on the tunica, plastic deformation of this tuff tissue is hard to obtain when the tunica is hard and rigid from a full erection. Whe full erection is achieved the tunica's elasticity and pliability is gone. I read some where on this site that when fully erect the tunica has a tensile strength similiar to a tire when filled with air. Now check this out. When a tire is flat with no air it has tramendous elastic properties and can stretch and bend without much damage done to it since it's rubber. Plastic deformation of the tire can be obtained by stretching forces, time and heat to the airless tire. When the tire is completey filled with air more stretching force is needed or internal pressure is needed to plasticly deform the tire and since its elastic threshold has been maxed out from being completely filled with air the tire will undergo more damage through the process.
Now I'm not saying that full erect clamping doesn't work. Hell look at guys like REDZULU2003, stillwantsmore and itselectric. They have made tremendous gains from full erect clamping. I'm just saying it wasn't for me. My erection quality wasn't as good as it is now when I was clamping.

As far as hanging goes I just started that almost 2 months ago. I have to say it's one of the best type of Penis Enlargement excerises one could do. You know exactly how much force is being applied to your dick for a set amount of time and you can adjust accordenly from there if neccesary.

Thanks guys. My height is 5'11. Didn't quite make it to 6 ft. I am currently weighing 211 lbs. As far as my diet goes. Im am eating 6 meals a day. Each meal contains roughly 40 grams of protein. 4 Of those meals contain about 50-60 grams of complex carbs. two of my 6 meals of the consist of 40 grams of protein and 15 grams of healthy fats. On my cheat day which is Saturday I eat whatever I want.

Here is my current eating routine below:

Meal 1: oatmeal, fruit, and 40 grams of protein worth of eggwhites
Meal 2: 40 gram whey protein shake, 2 tpsp of natural penut butter
Meal 3: Chicken breast, 50 grams of carbs worth of brown rice and vegetables
Meal 4 (pre workout meal): 40 gram whey protein shake, and chopped fruit.
Meal 5 (Post workout meal): 40 gram whey protein shake mixed with 50 grams of dextrose.
Meal 6: 6 scramble eggs

Hey guys I have some pics of my flaccid hang after my evening wet jelq workout and some pics of my ADCs I use for an hour after the workout. When I put the cable clamp I jerk off to a 60% erection, tighten the clamp alittle and take a shower and usually go hang out with friends afterwards. I am usually at sports bars or night clubs picking up women with some of my male friends. After about an hour I go into the men's room and take off the cable clamp. If I decide to just chill at home then I usally invite my next door neihbor over to hangout which results in me not using the cable clamp.

what brand whey do u use? im a workout junkie lol. was hitting the weights hard and got up to 190 on my 5'7 frame, then i got laid off so i had to slow down. when i do find another gig, im gonna get back into it harder next time so thats why i was wondering.
 
I have a question about weight lifting when you lift do you change the weight and reps on each set. For example 4sets of 12,10,8,6. Or do you keep it at 4 sets of 8-10reps with no changes but you make changes overtime when the weight gets to easy. I'm just getting into weight lifting and this confused me.

you could probably do both but i would keep the reps the same. if ur going for 8 reps and on the fourth set u cant get to eight and have to stop at 6, then decrease the weight when u get to 6 and do the last two reps with a little lighter weight so u can finish the set. if its too easy from the beginning then you add more weight. when i do sets with decreasing reps, i increase the weight. like i'll curl 35s for 10 reps, 40s for 8 reps, and 45s or 50s for 6 reps. i will also do the opposite. increase the reps but decrease the weight. since ur just starting out i would just keep it basic. most important is form though. if ur going heavy but breaking form then ur probably not getting as good a workout as u could be getting. i could go on forever on this, PM me if u have any other questions. im pretty sure kingsnake has some insight on this too though.
 
Hey thanks guys for the compliments. With the L-citrulline I'm taking. It is not what contributed to my gains. The citrulline is a good tool for erection quality. It won't make your dick bigger. Now viagra on the other hand makes my dick extra veiny and brings my midshaft girth from 5.5 inches to 5.7 inches. My base girth goes from 6 inches to 6.2 inches. With 100 miligrams of viagra my dick gets so hard it actually hurts. It kinda feels like I am clamping.

As far as proteins goes, I take the champion brand of whey protein.

Hey Zoetic8. On big compound lifts like benchpress I do warm up sets and then 2 worksets. For example. My worksets on the flat benchpress is currently 315lbs. My warmups are as follows:

warm up set 135lbs x 10 reps
warm up set 225lbs x 6 reps
warm up/acclimation set 275lbs x 2-3 reps

workset1 315lbs x 6 reps
workset2 315lbs x 5-6 reps

When I reach the point to when I can benchpress 315lbs for 2 sets of 8 reps then I will increase the weight to where it will bring me back down to 5 reps and then repeat the cycle.
