I recently came out of a depression and started to turn my life around on many levels, I cut sugar, heavy carbs, milk, and ive been working on cutting out processed foods. I also stopped my SSRI that I was on for a year, and also quit smoking for life. I went from no physical exercise to a 5 mile jog a day. All of this has been happening over the past month. I was depressed and unwell before, and then I woke up one morning with erectile dysfuction, and the inability to get more than about 60% hard, usually I was falling in at 40%.

I have no idea what actually caused my ED, it could have been my first sexual encounter with a girl (at 31, sigh) resulting in her saying I had a small penis. I'm 6'6 and my penis is 5.5/6 when factoring in the fadpad. If I press a measuring tape or something into my pelvic bone I can just reach 7inch. So that's one possiblity as to what caused it, the other possiblity is that the smoking combined with the SSRI, combined with being overweight, just caused me to physically not be able to supply an erection. Or the other possiblity is adult entertainment addiction. I've been abstaining for 20 days now, my goal is 120.

Very recently, my flaccid penis went from being dead, tiny, cold to touch and white (scary as fuck) to always seeming warm and fuller. And my erections started getting 95%. (Not enough for the veins to bulge like with a tight cockring, but enough to not be able to bend my penis while it's erect). Which has given me confidence, I'm not impotent, and that's a sigh of relief. I just have to keep losing weight and never go back to smoking/SSRI's again in my life.

That said, I feel that being 6'6 foot with a 5.5inch visible cock while standing, 6'0 while laying, and 7inch when pressed again bone, with 5 girth - will just result in many girls thinking I have a tiny dick. I know it's above average, but girls just look and preportion to body size and don't really think beyond that. For sure, also grats on your gains, although your starting length was pretty damn great as well. Right now i'm just doing 5 sets of each stretch and 150 jelqs when I first wake up. I'm hoping doing jelqs will help my erection quality on top of the weight loss. Because since I wrote that it's become pretty terrible again. Seems I need to do something like a 300 day brain reset away from adult entertainment and orgasm. (Yet another challenge)

Ah well, at least I can do PE and abstain at the same time. Slow and steady wins this race bro, you're on the right track. Getting a reset would be a good idea in my opinion, PIED is a real problem and should be dealt with.

You can also try adding Kegels to your routine, that will dramatically impact your erection quality (EQ). I try to do a minimum of 300 a day, the goal is usually 500.

Hey all, I’m new. I’ve been on-and-off jelqing for a few years and decided to finally get social about it. I had great results initially, almost reaching 9” BPEL, but soon experienced a stretching injury and decided to lay off PE for a long time. I was healed within a month of two, but I was very hesitant to get back into it. I had tried to convince myself that size wasn’t that important (which is clearly false) and that I should be happy with the 8” I have… well, I am happy with it, but why not bring it back to 9” and beyond! I just need to be safer about it this time.

I think a major part of my injury was my grip. All along I’ve read to not grip the head, to grip just below the head. However, I feel that I concentrated the pressure too precisely below the head… this two fingered vice grip was making me turtle in the middle of a stretch and I just wouldn’t pay attention to my own body. Stupid. I’ve tried to learn a valuable lesson from this. To distribute the tension of the grip along the shaft more, using three or more fingers so as not to squeeze any particular area too much. This method does seem to target the ligs more than the tunica, which is why I’ve supplemented these stretches with tunica-focused flaccid bends.

I’ve been doing this routine for about 2 weeks:

5 minutes of basic stretches / flaccid bends
10 minutes of jelqing
Edge for 30 sometime afterward

My hang is fat and floppy after I PE, but edging seems to be very hit-and-miss for me. I can do way more than 30 minutes of edging after PE and experience no ill effects, but sometimes an orgasm at the end pushes me into overtraining territory. Something near my PC muscle will feel achy for a few hours. Perhaps the bulb of my penis. All I have to do is wait a little while after PE to cum and I don’t experience this ache, but I’d still like to get to the bottom of this someday.

Well when it happened, she told me if anything he was a little thicker so lol. It made me insecure about my girth. Me personally, I've always liked my girth and not my average length. But, they say girth matters most. Hi guys, my name's Cris I've been lurking this site for a few weeks and finally decided to sign up and hopefully see some PE gains. Right now I'm 5.3 inches erect but with a horribly small flaccid length (wich sucks) . I want to achieve a respectable flaccid length as a short term goal and add an inch and half while erect as a long term goal. I've been taking PSP for a few weeks now and I've seen some small improvement but I know pills alone are not enough. Any advice on where to start? Should I stick with manual exercises for beginners for now since I'm a total noob or should look I into investing into some gear from the start? If so what would you recommend? I've just finished doing 6 hours of stretching (2 sessions of 3 hours) my dick to 15cm (I'm about 14cm max flaccid stretch at the moment).
I'm using the noose right now because that seems to hold better than the stupid plastic strap that seems to bite onto skin if you don't use the foam wrap.. I'm using binder clips with the noose just like GettingTo9 has done.
And I've tried the velcro mod except stretching my dick into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] like that, I'd need at least four hands to hold everything steady... unless, you put the strap on and then pull up and link it with the bars...?

Am I pulling too far for what my dick can handle right now?

How far are you from your goal?

From what I've seen on other posts on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], some guys have gained well over 2" in length and a bit of girth in as little as 9 months with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] only!!!

I've made them in about 6 months..i could've gain more but i'm just lazy and i lose motivation very easy...When you use devices combined with manual exercises you will gain more and faster no doubt about that...the important thing is when you use it and how you use it..you should do a manual stretching routine first,like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] stretching part,and then jump into [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] , to keep the penis in that stretched position...read the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] and you will understand what i'm talking about
 
And devices give you more motivation to train since you'll feel bad about them just laying around collecting dust. They're a great investment.

I have absolutely implemented them into my routine. (I am sitting here in a wrap at the moment at my desk... ) After my first use, my first complaint about the pump is lack of a gauge so I am not entirely sure what level I pumped at. While there was a change, coupled with the warm up and stretching, I did not want to pump to heavily and cause other issues this early in the game. I have purchased a gauge which I will add to the pump to keep a better eye on what is going on. Otherwise, I am happy with the pump seems to be of good quality. It is a Utimi Men pump. Good for girth If I ever max that it will be a dang coke can. Length will take 9 inches so I guess it is the right size for me. Ill keep everyone up to date as things progress.

It is the perfect routine really, addressing healing and gaining with equal respect to their importance in PE. Please keep us up to date on your progress!

I'm absolutely motivated, no doubt about that. I've been barbell training for a very long time and I've gained attributes such as:- discipline; determination; patience; consistency; and resilience - leading to a successful and exemplary being. Hell, I've even got a progress log of my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] use typed into excel since June! And I've even taken the liberty of taking before pictures to mark progress.
Picture and measurement progressions will be made trimonthly, so I'll just keep everyone posted on my next checkpoint!

Personally, I don't see a point in making a journal because realistically, I won't see any gains made until these checkpoints have surpassed.

Question regarding NBPEL measurements: I think I've got my measurements a little confused and screwed. How does everyone measure their NBPEL?
I've got a measuring tape (probs should use a ruler...) that I use but since I've got an irritating upward curve (that of a banana... ha), it's difficult getting a great measurement.

I usually measure from the centre of the base right to the tip. I've noticed that from measuring from the side of the penis, it looks as if I gain a half inch by doing that...

Can someone please explain where the best place is on the penis to measure length?

I understand that question falls under "make sure you record from the same place" but I'm just confused on what 'technically' is the correct place to measure NBPEL... I do ramble. :P

Greatly appreciative of everyone's help... DLD, I gladly thank thee for all thy efforts of which pertain to PE... you are at the pinnacle of this game!
