What is up Gentlemen! Very fortunate to have this free forum.

My name is Yo and I live in Berlin. I am a roofer from profession. 27 years old.

My goal is to get a big juicy piece of meat down there.

It's not that it's small - it's 15,5 cm long and 14 cm girth - but I want it bigger.

I have been using the Bathmate for 40 days straight ( except for 7 days where I was in holidays and couldn't take it with me ). I do 10 min of pumping at once. Also doing 30 sec * 3 of stretching in each direction. Most time I do 200 jelks as well.

If my measurements are correct, I actually gained 1 cm of girth this month. And maybe a couple of millimetres of length ( it's hard to measure it with 100% accuracy in my opinion ).

Looking forward for expert counselling.

Is it a good strategy to use the Bathmate first and then proceed to the jelks and stretching? I am not sure I am doing the jelks properly.

Also what strategy or tool would you recommend for length? Can you do it without tools?

That is a wonderful place to start and you should make some really good initial growth. Be sure to create a progress and routine thread to lay out all of your information, your sizes, your goals, the routine you’re using and other important things. When you’re ready to step things up let me know I am here always for you.
 
Hello everyone! Just started PE again after 3 years of letting my Bathmate Hercules collect dust. Last month I went ahead and got the hydroxtreme7 ultramale grooming kit. Currently at 5.5"L and 3.7"girth. I would like to try and hit at least 7x5 by the end of year. I mostly just let warm water warm me up then pump for about 3-4 minutes, jelq and then pump for another 7-8 minutes and then jelq/stretch afterwards. Feels good to be back in the PE game!

Welcome back my brother and I’m so happy you’re about to embark on another journey. If you need help putting together a custom routine don’t be shy and just ask. I can usually give you a routine that will cover every possible angle of growth and incorporate all SRT healing methods. Let me know what you think

It sounds like you’re only looking for a girth, is that right? I would like to advise you on how to use your pump more effectively and get much more growth from your training. If you’re using your back me I highly recommend you use it in the methodology of SRT. Using the SRT 5×5×3 will give you insane expansion while minimizing fluid retention. Are you doing any other exercises aside from pumping?

I'm looking for both girth and length. I want to go from 4.72in in mid-shaft girth to 6in, and to go from 6in in NBPEL to 7.5in. I wouldn't be against further gains after that point but at a minimum it's where I want to be.

The 5×5×3 is a awesome girth work out, nothing can come close to the expansion you see with this routine. But also take note of all the length work. I have been experimenting with PE since I was in college and have tried multiple methods with various results. I have been using this site as a reference for quite a while and am looking forward to discussing methods and experiences with others.

I was planning on starting like most with your begginers routine and then like you recommend the SRT. I would like to first focus on girth unless it’s recommended to gain length first. Ultimate goal a 8x6 sounds good enough.

Hey guys! I found this site years ago when I dabbled with PE for a few months, but wasn't able to keep up with it due to military deployments. Now that I'm retired, I have nothing else to do with my time except for PE!
I've been doing the newbie routine for a few weeks and just ordered the Silistretcher. I'm excited to finally get started and be able to put the time towards some real gains. You guys have an amazing community here and I'm happy to be a part of it.

The best possible routine to use with your pump would be the 5×5×3 that you will find in SRT. With this routine men see up to an even over 1 inch of temporary expansion. Most men see an average of about 1/2 of an inch. It’s extremely powerful and when you are able to bring your penis beyond its normal size every single day it makes it become permanent so much quicker. Have a look over SRT and come back with any questions you might have

Btw hi everyone I’m 19 , all my life I worried about my size , im only like 6 inch sadly and I have to measure the girth but I was trying to find out how to increase my size since I went through puberty and I finally found this a little over year or two ago and I just want something that will really work I jelqed once and I saw instantly a difference so I’m putting my faith into this because I’ve been let down and who wants to go through life halfway pleasing women? My goal is 7.5 inches to 8 inches and a lot of girth not really big on the exact measurements but I hope I can do it with consistency ... if any one have stories about how far they came I would like to hear about them or be pointed in the right direction thanks DLD for making this website and providing this information

if you go to www.mattersofsize.com/accessand go to the tab that is called “your space“ and you will find the measuring guide there. It will give you very specific directions on every measurement necessary.

Your goals are very realistic but let me tell you that at 6 inches you’re already a half an inch above average so that should make you feel good but what’s gonna make you feel better is gaining that inch and a half you desire. Let me know your routine or if you need help with the routine

Hi all. Newbie here. Just started using Male Edge 4 days ago.
I am 45 years old.
Just under 4 inches erect. Wife has no problems with it but I do.
Flaccid is almost none existent since all my life, any time of the year, my penis tends to retract into body, leaving just the head sticking out.
Hoping the male edge will help with flaccid size too.
Not possible for me to do all the exercises I read about as I go into the office for work.

I have read on this forumn and on the website that 8 hours a day is the ideal length of time? However I have seen the speaker of this forumn say to do your hanging or whatever and then wear the silistretcher for the remainder of the day. So which one is it? Do I try to wear it for the whole day, or should I just work to achieve 8 hours a day ? I seriously don’t want to wear this thing for the entire day until I go to sleep. However 8 hours a day is doable so I need to be clear on the requirements for time per day wearing this product. Also my last question, is it more beneficial to do 5 hour sets or even a full 8 hour set versus doing sets of 2-3 hours? My ideal routine would be to do 6 hours in the morning, and 2 hours at night. Along with the length masterdoing that before each set( should I do after as well?) let me know if that routine sounds good. Thanks

I've been massively overweight my entire life and have never really pursued a partner due to feeling insecure about my size down there. The best way I can categorize it is that I'm a grower and not a shower. It literally looks like a WIDE gumdrop when fully flaccid, but I digress.

I've been doing labor-intensive jobs for the past nine years and have paid off everything except myself. I want to make a change with my life. Stop eating so such, stop smoking so much, stop all the harmful stuff going into my body! Losing weight via exercise in strength training & cardio and training myself down there to look less childish is currently on my agenda.

When I peel back the 2.5" thick fat pad at my base, I am just over 7" x 6" when fully erect. I found this out only recently, hence why I'm more motivated to develop the proper techniques to only make it bigger. As I stated, losing weight is going to help me the most in the shortest amount of time, but I also want to prepare to know how I can maximize my experience when I start dating.

I'll be reading the novice threads here, trying to seek input for the best training methods for fat men.
