I started at just over 7 inches in bone-pressed length and 4.5 inches of girth. Now I'm sitting at ~ 7.3 x 4.8 at my hardest.

Welcome Furgen to the Brotherhood! I am so happy you came out and made things official, another Brother in the fam. The LengthMaster is an incredible tool and we are doing a $25 cash back on the LengthMaster, and other equipment. Since you are still healing from your circ. I suggest taking is slow and steady so as not to injure your circ. How far along is the healing? Being circumcised is much easier to do PE so that is a big bonus. Your size right now is amazing in girth and very good in length. I think your goals are good and realistic. You could make this happen in 6 months with SRT.

My name is Steve and I just joined MOS yesterday and hope to gain a lot in size and knowledge in the brotherhood. I’m not new to pe but I’m also not a veteran. I have been pe’ing since mid 2016 and have made some gains but nothing like a lot of the brotherhood. My starting measurements were bpel 6.25” eg 4.4” and my current is bpel 6.9” eg 4.9”. My goal is bpel 8” eg 6”. I started with just jelquing for a few months then purchased the x30 BM and have been using it off and on since, I have about 8 months hanging experience but didn’t gain as much as I had hoped. I credit most of my gains to using the BM and jelqing. I fear that the BM has strengthened my tunica so much that I couldn’t gain with hanging since in the 8 months hanging I only gained about .25” since then I realized that I needed a deconditioning break in which I took 2.5 months off. My routine nowadays consist of low-mid pressure BM pump before some bundled stretches downwards,outwards, and upwards then I do Manuel stretching every direction and the entire time I’m stretching I have my wife’s blow dryer blowing on my unit LOL, then I jelq for 10 min and finish up with a medium BM pump then wear an ads 8hr a day while at work. I’ve been going strong now for 2 weeks after deconditioning and have read a lot of the SRT I which I learned about bundled stretches before pe and I am hoping that it helps me break the 8 month plateau I’ve been on. I am really looking forward to the my future in the brotherhood.

Welcome to MOS. A lot of people concentrate on length first before attacking girth. If length is your top priority and all you have is the length master, I can give you a length master routine. But I will also advice you buy the Phallosan along with the length master to enable you gain faster.

Welcome to MOS steve. I will advice you buy the length master and get a 25% discount. That device will accelerate your length gains big time. It is wise to do bundled stretches right before your girth session. Also make sure you follow SRT.

Thank you for accepting me to the brotherhood. With your help and that of the rest of the brotherhood, i think i will reach my goals. 6 months is far earlier than i had in mind. Pe realy progressed, hasnt it. I remember a time when 6 months was just the beginning of the journey. I am looking forward to the lenghtmaster. As of this moment i am just 7 weeks in my recovery. It looking good so i should be able to start very soon. Friday next week is my check up. The doctors ok wil be my green light. Some exersices were difficult with the foreskin. Ruptures and burns also made sex painful. So i am glad i had that removed. I am studying srt so i know what that entails.

Welcome to the forum. If you can do PE consistently for 6 months, you will be hooked for life because PE is real. To stay consistent and committed to your routine, I suggest you create a progress log where you will be writing down your progress in PE. other members will be visiting your log and write comments to encourage you. I will also advice you get a penis enlargement device, don't use your hands even though we know gains can be made with bare hands. Ask any question and we will assist you.

I was coming across a few of the posts regarding growing your penis length etc. came across a few videos and felt like it is bullshit, especially most of them being already quite long seemingly suspicious as they could be paid to just push the product -- came across this place as well but was a bit confused on the advice and such, I really do hope this site can provide as I am on a mission to try and find out how I can add on 3 inches onto mine.

I've been aware of the community for a while now, but 1) skeptical of claims given that PE is the Mos Eisley of industries, and 2) overwhelmed by the amount of information out there, between this, Thund3rs Pl@ce, and PEGym. (What advice applies to me at this point? What is outdated? How does it all interact? Etc).

In all honesty, I'm not entirely sure what I'm getting in to. Not sure what kind of commitment is required, or what results are realistic to expect. BUT this place does at least seem fairly honest, and that's a start. I'd like to contribute to the pioneering of PE, and help get it down to a science, even if my own small part is only to follow instructions and share my results. :)

Welcome to MOS. PE works as long as you are willing to do the exercises and stay consistent and committed. If you do the exercises correctly, you will surely see gains in size every 3 months. But you also need to cement your gains too by staying consistent so let's say if for example you are 5 inches in length and you want to get to 8.5 inches length, you have to shoot for 9 inches so when you stop PE and after the normal shrinkage you will lose half inch and retain 8.5 inches. PE works.

For you to make gains in PE, you have to do the exercises at least 5 times a week and you need to be consistent and stay committed. PE works 100%. I replied to your question in another thread.

But if you cement those gains or do maintenance work every few days a week, I guess that shrinkage won't be there ?

You will remain skeptical until you make your first gain. Go out and prove it to yourself, no better proof.

adventure.....i am new to PE myself. I started earlier this year and have gained around 0.3+ inches so far in BPEL. What I knew from the start is that it will take time for some people, time as in year(s) for gains upwards of 1 - 1.5 inches. What I didnt know is that there is going to be a phase of frustration when gains are not fast or quick.
This is the part where most quit, as per the statistics ive seen on the current major PE forums.
Patience is a virtue, especially in PE.
Meanwhile have a look at the picture proof section in the MOS members section to calm your nerves.

Start a routine, give it 6 months and then judge.

What do you want to gain? Is it length or girth? There are manual exercises you can do but if you want to make gains in PE. If you want to gain quicker, you need to buy the devices for enlargement. Let me know what you decide.
 
I get a massive erection every time I lengthen out the device. Any tips on how to avoid this problem?
 
I used to face this same problem off late - whenever I would start my manual stretches, I would start getting an erection. What helped me was doing girth work before that.

If I understand you correctly, you said you do get erection whenever you want to do length exercise. If that is the case, I will say it is happening because you are still new in PE or your mind is also wondering about sex while you are about doing length exercise. You can masturbate right before your length session.

Hi!

The path to greatness is a journey of self-sacrifice. The hours of devotion put into developing thy resolve will shake the very pillars of willpower. In short, that's how I've felt about penis enlargement. The sheer strength it actually requires is, to a person who has never really stuck to any healthy habits, unfathomable. I tried going to the gym last month. I'd even created a perfect dieting program for myself and contacted a friend of mine, who has been ripped all is life, to join me and guide me throughout the routine. In truth, I dropped the idea after the initial motivational wave had subsided. Though, I still keep to the diet since it's surprisingly well organized and makes it easy to plan the whole week/month ahead. I guess I've created a bit of an oxymoron saying I never keep healthy habits.

I first discovered penis enlargement years ago when I was just finishing school. Being somewhat gullible, I rushed to practice my first stretching and jelqing routine and somehow did everything wrong. My grip was bad and I caused an injury to the underside of my glans. For some reason, the experience did not falter my moving forward and I decided to let my penis rest for a week, applying hot compress every evening to quicken the healing. The occurrence gave me the knowledge to better my next round. I found the OK grip while jelqing did not serve its purpose 'cause it injured my penis. The grip subjected great pressure on the underside of my glans and I presume something ruptured. Not the most welcoming encounter. I've purchased a Bathmate which I find absolutely fun, a bunch of ACE bands that I cut into smaller pieces 'cause I don't really need to wrap my whole body with it.

If you're wondering what my initial measurements are, it's about 6.1x4.7 inches which aren't even that bad. I would like to gain 1in in length and girth likewise and that's a possible feat if I just follow the routine every single day. The only real issue I have with my penis is that it hangs at a really awkward angle at all times. It's as if I have a constant chubby. Not really fond of that. I guess my suspensory ligament is so damn tight it basically holds my penis upward. I hope manual stretching will fix this little concern of mine before I aquire the help of more mechanical devices. I'm currently following a very basic routine of four-point stretching and jelqing. I'll move to Bathmate after a few months just to keep it diverse.

Not really an introduction but this is how I got here. There are many hilarious occurrences that have happened over the years concerning penis enlargement but I need to keep an ace up my sleeve when comic relief is in demand =)

Jelqing has always been productive. I just fear the injuries that comes with it.
 
Incredible write up! So good to hear you past experience and where you want to go. The absolute fastest gaining routine is SRT. SRT uses very smart methods to gaining and healing. So I'm new to this forum but not PE, I've dabbled in the past with a tension type setup with a strap to the leg, never really saw much results so I stopped now I'm back at with a vengeance, the thing is is that I'm cut and I want to restore skin as well so I'm doing a two fold stretch, old plastic water bottle cap on the head wrapped around with surgical tape and pulled to the leg, I've also done jelquing in the past and have resumed that as well. So here's a little background on me I'm 53, in relatively good shape I workout everyday, measure flacid about 5 erect about 6.5 or so, girth around 4 flacid, 5 erect I'm more of a grower not a show er, my goal is to gain at least an inch in length and girth, I'm a father late in life with a special needs son and stress to say the least is a big problem, so is budget so I work with what I can afford. I'm considering an entry level battery operated air pump for around 20 buck or so, but I'm not sure, I keep reading lately there is no measurable lasting gains with pumping somehow when it comes to PE I don't think that's true. I'm also considering a cheapy extender I saw on ebay but again not really sure if it's worth it, any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks

If budget is an issue what I suggest is to start with a Newbie Routine. Is very thorough work out and will bring gains rather quickly for most newbies. As far as equipment goes don’t bother buying cheap pumps are cheap extenders they’re not worth the money at all. You can win tools here as we run a monthly contest and whoever posts the most for that month gets their choice of any tools we carry.
