Hello brothers, I'm new as well though i've made a couple of posts before. My current size is around the average (6.1-6.4 bp, around 5" girth). Although my girlfriend is absolutely okay with my size, I'd personally like to have a little more.

I've started PE around 1.5 months ago, tested a few routines in different PE websites but finally settled with thenewbie routine in this forum since the last week (stretching + jelqing). My goal is 7" nbpel, which means about 7.5" bpel since i have a fat pad of around 0.5".

No matter what any guy tells you, as big as he may be, we all want a little more. We find out quickly that we are not doing this for our women, that it is something we HAVE to do for ourselves. The lessons learned will not only increase your size but your self. Confidence is all about loving yourself, and the parts you don't love work to correct and perfect.

Great place to start and see some awesome gains. The basic stretching portion is really incredible as it hits every possible angle and the jelqing is foundational to prepare you for the next level exercises. Is there any limitation on how much you can gain?
And then measure your erect length, do you want to be at 100% erect state? Because then i am larger than i though

This is yet to be discovered, there are many men, like myself, who have been involved for years and we are still making gains. As you grow and become bigger it does become increasingly difficult to gain but this is dealt with by increasing the intensity of the workouts or including more powerful methods. I think it's really helping with recovery since I have yet to turtle and am waking up hard as a rock every morning. I'm also kegeling like a mad man and my EQ is already improving. I look forward to the gains ahead of me!

The first signs of things working are harder erections, and the Kegels are greatly helping this. Hi Jack and welcome. I just wondered how much kegels you were doing, seems like you are really getting good results.
I am currently on the beginner phase like you, started PE for almost a week ago. Didn't really do much kegel but i am going to do much more of them from now and on.

If I were you, I would do a few weeks of the beginner's routine and really focus on solid contractions while you do them. If that goes well, then try and add some throughout your day, or just increase the number of kegels you do with the beginner's routine.

Very true! I wish i came across PE much earlier. I was bogged down by "average is 5.5, so you're good". But later i realised I don't care what the average is and I just want a bigger one!

One the other hand, being Asian, a part of me wants to disprove the myth of asians having small ones.

Thanks :) I'm starting to see some results already. I notice my flaccid size has increased somewhat and i can stretch to bigger lengths than I used to be able to. Erection length increased by 0.4" I've been doing pe exercises since about 2 months, but i started [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] 2 weeks ago before I began to see increase in length. I am really grateful for the materials in this forum.

It's saturday today. I started from last sunday and I feel my penis is a little raw & exhausted.
Is it alright if take the day off today, and also a day off once in a week from now on?? Please tell me. Thanks.

Welcome to the brotherhood! Listen to your body and when you feel that you need rest take it. Your body will let you know. Rest days are something many guys use. Some men train every other day some do 5 on 2 off. In the beginning you may need more rest until you become used to the training. I wish you the best!

Thank you DLD. I just want you to know that I'm committed to this program. I reckon these days it's just gonna be like when a couple of years ago I started working out in the gym.
I'll surely get used to these exercises & hopefully be able to do those daily without any breaks. :)

I live in Finland but I'm planning on moving away in future. I'm 21 year old guy who aspires to become a personal trainer.

Do not have anything against this forum since just trying to learn more about PE in general.

I started about 7 months a go and used to watch adult entertainment daily. I have since then quit adult entertainment almost 100 % off and made pretty good gains.

I trust the length first and girth second so that's why I'm going with length first.

Girth wise my ultimate goal is 6.5 inches.

There is always new things to learn so I came here to read and interact with members of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

I want to do clamping and maybe hanging in future. Basicly I just enjoy the whole process of PE since it is all part of my self improvement journey.

By the way, my routine consists basic wet jelqing and JAI stretches, it works good, but I want to get some more routines. Thank you all :)

We'll like 2weeks ago I was doing tons of kegal an yesterday I started my first routine I am doing the newbie workout is day good an also I add lots of kegals during each stretch and jelq is that good so far

Welcome to the forums! Making flaccid gains is very consistent with making any type of length gains. Kegels are the hidden gain method many guys miss, it helps with erection quality which contributes to girth gains. When you do enough kegels you can experience fatigue which is the best time to stretch the penis, as in DLD Blasters. I am happy you found a home here and I wish you the best Brother!

I've messed around with it a bit in the past but now I am more interested in making some serious gains. I found about about [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] by seeing a video of DLD and thinking man, can you actually make that large of gains through PE?! So here I am, my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in the mail hopefully arriving tomorrow and I'm ready to get started. As for goals I would love to be in the 7.5 - 8.5 inch range and add an inch or more to my girth, I'd even go bigger if it's possible and the girlfriend enjoys it, but honestly any results are good results! My current measurements are,

length: 4.75 in

Erect
length: 6.75 in

Hi Guys, well just as Swane said :D, i have been around for some time to not very active on the forum neither on the program, just did it for 1 month and stopped but now i decided to make it work and do it for as long as necessary.

It will give you the option of loading a pic from your computer or from a website. You have to keep them small 100 x 100 px. Then if you want to show it bigger, you can use the same pic as your profile photo. 200 x 200 px.

Hello everyone. I am of course new to this website as well as male enhancement.

The first few times it hurt a little. I realized I didnt stretch enough before using it. I also found that I was using to much pressure.
After correcting these 2 things it is much more enjoyable. I havent correctly measured myself yet (which I will be doing within the next couple days) but I am about 5.5 erect. I am about 5.5 erect..and am working towards 7". I am not sure my girth yet as i haven't measured, also flacid not sure. I will be measuring and posting pics and results hopefully within the next couple days. I have had 2 experiences with it. At first it hurt and I realized 1. I hadn't stretched properly before using it. And 2. I was using too much pressure to start out. Now I try and get a full erection then let it go back down...and do a few stretches, then I go in about 30% erect.
