G'Day guys! I am an Aussie guy living in the States. I have had a cheap pump for a number of years. I will get it out and use it for a few weeks then put it away and forget it. Bone Pressed Erect Length
Penis length is defined as the linear distance along the dorsal side of the erect penis extending from the mons veneris to the tip of the glans. In non-medical terms, the penis length is measured in a straight line on the top side of the erect penis, from the start of your pubic bone to the tip of your penis. Penis circumference is defined as the linear distance around the widest, thickest, part of the erect penis (see below).

1. Stimulate yourself into the erectile state.

3. Stretch penis straight out

I am recently new to these forums and am mainly a reader not a poster (at least until I become more advanced way down the line, I'd like to give back someday too). About 11 yrs ago I was a reader on the cheeky forums and even tried PE'ing. I tried it for a short time and it was sporadic because I never really had alone time (college), I did have those temporary gains, but it went back to normal and then I stopped all together. I am married now and very happy, the main reason I am doing this seriously now is for myself and the mrs. of course (she knows and is supportive)(I will say I think its important not to let it interrupt your time together, fortunately I have over 2 hours of alone time before she gets home from work each day). I was never confident with my penis size but was confident with women because of my looks, physique, and background in sports so I dated many good-looking women and actually never had any complaints about the size which I thought was surprising. Anyways, I'm happy to be here and read up on all the valuable information. I figured this worked because so many people were posting about it but I think everyone is a slight skeptic at first. I will say that I have worked hard on the routine every single day and it really does work. I have gained 1/4 inch in erect length from 4.75" to a snidge over 5" non bone pressed. I've also gained .25" in erect girth from 4" to 4.25". My minimum goal is 7" by 5". I will also say that my flaccid length has improved expotentially from 2.75" to 3.5". My flaccid girth has went from 3.5" to a snidge over 3.75". My penis looks/feels thicker and longer all the time. My penis is always warm now and has a noticible coloring to it like there is always more blood circulating through it. In general PE'ing has made me feel better about myself and I always feel more healthy after doing it. I actually love PE'ing and have became obsessed, I think about it each day and can't wait to do it again. In general I think I saw a quote on here about DLD stating "PE'ing is like a sport"...well its true and I'll add PE'ing is and will be a life-time activity for me. We've had a lot of users that have found the end of their relationship just because the mrs's found about their PE-ing habits. Congratulations, looks like you've found your half (the right one) .

Use the Search tab and type in some keywords- whatever you want to find (just select titles only ). 80-90% of the question threads we have around have been answered multiple times before. Just find the threads and read ALL the posts. It may sound annoying and time-consuming, but knowledge is what makes gains-gains.

I've just joined the community after reading various posts from google searches on how to gain a bigger penis (length and girth).

I've recently purchased a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I've used it 4 times with mixed thoughts on it.

At first I jumped straight into it - relatively soft and when I was finished my penis had a sort of bubble under the skin. I then couldn't get fully hard but after trying the bubble had decreased in size.

I've had the bubble a couple times since but I jelq for a few minutes after which seems to get rid of it. I'm more than impressed with the flaccid size after use of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. If only it was that way all of the time! I've not measured length yet as I'm going to do this every month or so to hopefully see more marked results.

My routine:

Sometimes bath or shower use. It's more of an inconvenience having a bath every day. I think I need to make a makeshift strap to hold the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in place for shower use.

I then jelq (I'm doing between 30-50 jelqs) with pure coconut oil as a lube substitute.

I've experienced some pain but it's minor and tbh kinda expected when your stretching an appendage. I'm going in hard or close to hard. Pump up to max pressure which is only about 160 ATM but I'm guessing this will get bigger in time?

It's a relatively light routine ATM but I'm easing into it. Still coming to terms with how to perform various exercises. I do the occasional squash jelq which is fun (should it be fun) seeing how thick my penis goes. I'm loving the feeling of being huge flaccid after use and the colour fades after a while, as does the size unfortunately but like I said previously I'm only a week into it.
