Hey every one, New member here and I am desperate for advice, help, information, etc... I am 33, overweight, struggling in my marriage, and am willing to do anything it takes to get healthy for mine and my families sake, and to get "bigger" to reinvigorate my marriage! I don't have money to purchase equipment so I guess ill be going the manual route for now, and I'm curious which routines create the biggest and fastest gains? I am 6'3, 300 lbs, and I'm going to do my best with the lingo here,MOSMy starting stats are:Flaccid:3.5Bpfl:4.25Semi erect:4Bpsel:4.5Erect:4.5Bpel:5.75Glan girth:4.5Mid shaft:5Base:5Some things im curious of are: how far below average in each category I amHow much time do I need to devote to this daily to see quick gains (I work a9-7 professional job, have 2 children, and a wife at home who all have different activities), and what excersises do I need to do to see big, fast gains, without damaging or hurting myself? I am 100 percent committed to making myself better and to get where I wanna be! I've been married to my beautiful wife for 15 years and I'm fearful that she is getting nothing out of our sex life... I've been trolling this Page for about a month and am amazed at the gains some of u have made and can only pray that I even get close to those. My ultimate goal is to lose about 75 lbs, and get to around 8 erect length, and 6 girth. I was on the brink of getting surgery when I found this Page. I would love to be someones protege so to speak. I know that my fat pad looks to be an inch thick and that is major, so id also like to know what I can do to lose
