For me things here are also quiet new. I started my second week last Friday and I am very curious how things will evolve. Would be nice to share common experiences during these first weeks. One day I do my workout, the other day is a resting day just to prevent overtraining

You should start a progress thread where you can keep all your information, your work out, your measurements, pictures and videos if you desire, daily updates and anything else you can think of. It’s also good to have your own progress thread because you’ll get a lot more help that way. Here is the link:Routines and Progress Forum

I would also advise you that when you’re finished with phase 1 you go directly into SRT. The five phase program was replaced by SRT because it is so much more effective. So now people go from phase 1 or the newbie routine into SRT as they are ready.

Thanks DLD.. I will follow your advice.. Where can I find SRT after phase one? I start all manually. I wonder if equipment and tools are inevitable after all.. Because a lot of men here on this wonderful forumare using them
 
Im semi new to PE. I bought abathmate x30 and phallosan forte afew moths ago but havent used them constantly. My starting stats were 5.25 erect length and 5.5 erect girth. 2 months into my rounite and im 5.6 erect length and 5.7 erect girth. Can you guys give some feedback on my routine? 2 days on 1 day off warm shower, 3 sets of 30 sec stretches in all directions. 10 minutes. Jelqing. Phallosan forte immediately after for 9 hours taking it off every 2 hours to do 30 sec A stretch then put it back on. Bathmate 4 nights a week for 12 minutes. Split into 3 sets. I would like to get as much length as i can, and increase girth .5 in. Thanks!

real newbie here, I just posted a thread about my prostate health. Any advice would be great. Im 5.5 erect and would like to gain atleast 2 inches but will strive for 4 inches.

What do you plan on doing for a routine? Do you think you need some help in writing one? Let me know what you think

not sure what routine to follow, I was thinking of buying the DVD. But it seems the beginner routine is the best for my case. My erect girth is 5.5 and my erect length is 5.5 too. is this normal? and will my girth and length gains be proportional? I want to be 8 inches but with a bigger tip, right now my tip isn't that big and doesn't fill out. I've been binging on your videos on youtube and you said your the only one with a documented 4 inch gain? should I forget being 10 inches? is it wishful thinking? I will not accept anything less than 8 inches no matter what.

Do not buy the DVD it is a waste of your money. I open the pay site for free to everyone so there’s no need for the DVD. I probably would write a routine that you would not find on the DVD anyways. Most routines I write today based on the SRT methodology which is far better than the original DVD. If you want to spend money there’s much better places to put it. What are you most interested in length or girth or both?

I would appreciate it if you wrote me a routine seriously, thanks for saving me money. Currently to be honest I just want a good strong working penis and maintaining a strong erection after that, I think I will be able to do PE sessions. You told me in another post that I should work or my pelvic floor muscles and this will fix my erection problems and urination issues (dripping) after 6 months on beginner routine. I want to be 8 inches length and girth too! I am already proportional in my girth and length at around 13.5 cm each. My tip though isnt big and seems not fill out (because of blood flow). The issue with SRT is that I cannot order ANY equipment none as I do not currently live in the states and also privacy problems. I can dedicate 2 full hours for PE everyday. Give it to me boss, tell me, i'll do it! Thanks.

Hey guys!
Stumbled across the group today researching info on the Blakoe Ring. Was immediately intrigued and after feeling alone in this quest for so long, found a brotherhood of men. I'm headed to 50 next year, dont have the largest erection but it has served me well...until the past few years when my T began declining. Erections still come but not as strong or long as before. Sometimes I feel like I get harder nocturnal pee hard ons than when I really want one. Enlargement is something I've always considered and wanted but didnt really think it an option. Now I have 2 goals, bigger and harder. I've pretty much overwhelmed my self scanning over forums. Found the beginner advice and suppose I'll start there. I did begin TRT several years ago and currently inject 0.5-0.75 weekly. I've also read suggestions of additional injections but my Dr is not to hip beyond the basics.
Any supplemental suggestions or injectable regimens in addressing the low T would be appreciated. Reference to medical studies would be awesome as my Dr is willing to read over in considering. As far as gains...I'm starting from scratch. Please guide me.

I would like you to read through two routines before we start working together. Read through SRT and read through the Newbie Routine. Between these two threads you should get a general understanding of what we’re gonna do. From that point I can ask you questions and help you lay it all out to fit into your schedule.
