I just bought the cheapest one I could find from Walmart. The key is to only hold it on for the shortest amount of time to vaporize it. In theory it works in a similar fashion to the co2 laser treatment. I made sure to keep a triple antibiotic ointment on while healing. It was pretty pain free and left no scarring. You would never know I did it now.

It sounds terrible and I was terrified to do it, but I'm thankful I did. I numbed the corona, but since you can't get Elma cream Otc I just went with the strongest numbing creams I could find in Walgreens. I could still feel it a little bit, but you hold the soldering iron on the papule for a second or two and it disappears and turns white. It took me about 2 weeks to fully heal, but it is as smooth as can be now. I have one or two spots that could use a touch up, but they are barely visible.
