I recently came out of a depression and started to turn my life around on many levels, I cut sugar, heavy carbs, milk, and ive been working on cutting out processed foods. I also stopped my SSRI that I was on for a year, and also quit smoking for life. I went from no physical exercise to a 5 mile jog a day. All of this has been happening over the past month. I was depressed and unwell before, and then I woke up one morning with erectile dysfuction, and the inability to get more than about 60% hard, usually I was falling in at 40%.

I have no idea what actually caused my ED, it could have been my first sexual encounter with a girl (at 31, sigh) resulting in her saying I had a small penis. I'm 6'6 and my penis is 5.5/6 when factoring in the fadpad. If I press a measuring tape or something into my pelvic bone I can just reach 7inch. So that's one possiblity as to what caused it, the other possiblity is that the smoking combined with the SSRI, combined with being overweight, just caused me to physically not be able to supply an erection. Or the other possiblity is adult entertainment addiction. I've been abstaining for 20 days now, my goal is 120.

Very recently, my flaccid penis went from being dead, tiny, cold to touch and white (scary as fuck) to always seeming warm and fuller. And my erections started getting 95%. (Not enough for the veins to bulge like with a tight cockring, but enough to not be able to bend my penis while it's erect). Which has given me confidence, I'm not impotent, and that's a sigh of relief. I just have to keep losing weight and never go back to smoking/SSRI's again in my life.

That said, I feel that being 6'6 foot with a 5.5inch visible cock while standing, 6'0 while laying, and 7inch when pressed again bone, with 5 girth - will just result in many girls thinking I have a tiny dick. I know it's above average, but girls just look and preportion to body size and don't really think beyond that. And that's really what I need right now as that extra push, as that extra support system. When I fall, at least i'll have a big dick to fall back on. For sure, also grats on your gains, although your starting length was pretty damn great as well. Right now i'm just doing 5 sets of each stretch and 150 jelqs when I first wake up. I'm hoping doing jelqs will help my erection quality on top of the weight loss. Because since I wrote that it's become pretty terrible again. Seems I need to do something like a 300 day brain reset away from adult entertainment and orgasm. (Yet another challenge)

Ah well, at least I can do PE and abstain at the same time. Slow and steady wins this race bro, you're on the right track. Getting a reset would be a good idea in my opinion, PIED is a real problem and should be dealt with.

You can also try adding Kegels to your routine, that will dramatically impact your erection quality (EQ). I try to do a minimum of 300 a day, the goal is usually 500.

The term "Penis Envy" was created just for this purpose. Some women will become very jealous of your relationship with your penis. Some may be cool with it. It is all a crap shoot. I guess when you meet a girl you could pose the question right away like "hey, I like you and would love to date you, are you OK with me making my cock bigger?" Hey all, I’m new. I’ve been on-and-off jelqing for a few years and decided to finally get social about it. I had great results initially, almost reaching 9” BPEL, but soon experienced a stretching injury and decided to lay off PE for a long time. I was healed within a month of two, but I was very hesitant to get back into it. I had tried to convince myself that size wasn’t that important (which is clearly false) and that I should be happy with the 8” I have… well, I am happy with it, but why not bring it back to 9” and beyond! I think a major part of my injury was my grip. All along I’ve read to not grip the head, to grip just below the head. However, I feel that I concentrated the pressure too precisely below the head… this two fingered vice grip was making me turtle in the middle of a stretch and I just wouldn’t pay attention to my own body. Stupid. I’ve tried to learn a valuable lesson from this. To distribute the tension of the grip along the shaft more, using three or more fingers so as not to squeeze any particular area too much. This method does seem to target the ligs more than the tunica, which is why I’ve supplemented these stretches with tunica-focused flaccid bends.

I’ve been doing this routine for about 2 weeks:

5 minutes of basic stretches / flaccid bends
10 minutes of jelqing
Edge for 30 sometime afterward

My hang is fat and floppy after I PE, but edging seems to be very hit-and-miss for me. I can do way more than 30 minutes of edging after PE and experience no ill effects, but sometimes an orgasm at the end pushes me into overtraining territory. Something near my PC muscle will feel achy for a few hours. Perhaps the bulb of my penis. All I have to do is wait a little while after PE to cum and I don’t experience this ache, but I’d still like to get to the bottom of this someday.

P.S. I can’t find a ball stretching subforum. Am I blind? Or perhaps there’s not enough interest for it?
