have done PE for about 1 month, but i have had a lot of off days becuase of travel and also i did the JP90 routine that i think is to less intense for me. I have read for about 2 months now about PE and how to make fast gains Etc. Now it´s time to start this shit for real hahahah, i think my routine is good , but if u have anything to say about it i will take your advice.
