Since I am a firm believer in empirical evidence; I am looking for a good set of stats to measure progress. Are there any good examples?
 
@doublelongdaddy - I am sorry for asking an irrelevant question. Am I required to wear scrotum support jockstrap while working out in gym or running on the treadmill? Will it affect anything if i don't use the support at all?

I am not sure what you are talking about, I have never heard of this. Why are you required to wear it?
 
I am a 52 yo male.

Since my back operation 3 years ago, that resulted in muscle and nerve damage my Penis has shrunk in length and girth. Today I am only 3.4 inches (previously I was 5.2 inches).

Can I get my size back?

My wife has stated that she has noticed the size reduction during sex and feels that my penetration is virtually non existent.

Whilst I can satisfy her other ways (fingers , tongue) I am now very subconscious about my lack of size and would love to get my size back and be able to satisfy her again.
 
Here goes my first post on this website, I'm glad to have found a place that discusses PE and is a support forum. I have been interested in PE ever since I was in high school, which was in the late 90's, which feels more like fifty years ago. At this point I am going through a rough time due to the loss of a best friend from a car accident and another event that both took place within a two week period, which I will discuss in the future when I am in a better place. Again, I am really glad to have joined and to be a member of this forum.

Sorry for your loss and tough times. time heals. so you have been interested since the late 90's...have you been doing PE since then? made any gains? have nay tools? what is your routine like if you have one?

Sad to hear about your loss, losing a friend is a very hard thing to get through but feel free to talk about it here, we are all Brothers here and we all want to help any way we can. Joining the Brotherhood has many advantages aside from the obvious. I look forward to you growing and getting past this terrible tragedy.

Just wanna say hey and thanks for putting this site together. My main reason for looking into this was for better erections and to gain some girth. One thing I want to ask about is if there is a glossary or something that explains what all the acronyms are. I see a lot of those being thrown around and its kind of tough not understanding what all that is especially when reading about an exercise.

Also, I was trying to do some stretches with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] on and was only able to stretch forward and down. I can't pull up or side to side or else I lose suction. Is there a trick to this? Thanks

Welcome to the Brotherhood! Here is a link to the Glossary, this should explain everything you can't figure out.

Some men may not be able to do the side stretches due to body shape and pelvic bone placement. Just do the stretches you can do as you gain size you may be able to get into those other positions later.
 
Ah ok thanks. I know I've been asking a lot of questions but, do you also have a thread which discusses how to get a good erection and maintaining it? Since I've had the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] for a couple days now, I still haven't been able to go in fully erect and last night I tried to do a quick exercise before bed and I couldn't get hard at all even with some adult entertainment. I didn't even get morning wood today and I almost always get that, so I'm guessing I may have over trained yesterday. I'll try resting it out today and hopefully that will fix that issue. I've never taken any supplements and I'd really like to avoid those as I get paranoid about that stuff but, if there is one that is natural that you can vouch for which has little to no side effects, I may try it. Even when I tried the pump last night, I pulled a great suction but when I took it off, it seemed like it had no effect (no temporary gains) and I went back to what I was before pumping. Not sure if this has something to do with blood flow or what. Thanks :)

Hi, I just signed up in the Forum, I have been pumping in an out for 12 years or so. Since I was young, size was a concern for me. In my times I had not any knowledge of what the average penis size was, and was unaware of the fact that flaccid penis is a poor estimator of erect size. I am 57 yo now, my body have always been average, 6 feet tall, and in the last 20 years overweight, around 210 pound. When I had access to internet, started searching for the subject and gave a try to enlargement techniques, and found that pumping was for me a suitable way. Not having how to get a decent pumping gear available, I made it by myself with an acrylic tube. I will try to briefly tell my experience:

I started at 5 3/4 non bone pressed length, 5 1/4 girth and in one year of pumping three times a week with two sets of 20 min each, I went to 6 1/4 in lenght and 7 in girth. all this measures taken the day after I pump. half an inch in length seems to be a little, but that 1 3/4 in girth gain is really a huge difference in volume. an average penis has some 200 cubic centimeters in volume, my 6 1/4 x 7 has 378 cubic centimeters! almost twice! If you are in the mood, go to an online circle calculator for finding the radius from the girth, and a cylinder volume calculator for final volume. If you play with the numbers, will find the dramatic increase in volume for a single millimeter in radius.

It could be the middle age crisis, but I'm heading now for an 8 x 7 penis, which is the ideal for me. First and foremost, I'm on a diet, because I have a 2 inch fat pad in my pubic bone, and that alone will get me close to the goal.

I started pumping again after 8 months, and in three weeks I re-gained almost all the size, pumping 3 times a week 20 minutes each, wet pumping with a carefull warm up period.
A question for you guys. Taking my age into account, (57) would it be advisable to increase time/frequency of my sessions?
I'm willing to share experience with some members here. Please forgive my english, it is not my language.

What's up fellas! New to the site, just stumbled across it now that I have been jelqing more. I used to jelq when I was pretty young because I thought it felt cool and I liked making my penis look huge haha. Now that I'm in my 20's I've learned this stuff actually works. So as of right now I'm right at about 7" in length my girth is pretty good as well. I would like to grow as much as possible in girth and length! Any advice would really help! Thanks guys.

Welcome to the Brotherhood Crailslider! So you finished puberty with 7"? Wondering because you mention that you did jelqing type exercises and I am wondering if that accounts for your large size.
 
Hi, I'm a 37 year old guy whose confidence has been ruined by having a small one. I'm by no means useless at 5.8in, but I'm a little on the thin side and I'm paranoid about it. Never had any complaints, but then again I've only had 2 partners. One was a 10 year relationship, the other an 8 year relationship. I'm engaged to number 2 and have a 3 year old son, so it can't be that bad, right?

Wrong. We don't do it much. I don't like to get it out and have made many self-deprecating remarks. Honestly? I find my self-deprecating jokes about my size funny, but she does not. If I were more confident, it might not be so bad. Ladies like a confident man, and I am in all that I do -except intercourse. I'm not apologetic either though - I'm just not confident. So I developed what more than a few ladies have called "mind-blowing oral skills" and women have loved me for it, but only two of them have ever received the little dude, and even then only once I was sure they were genuine and wanted to be with me regardless of 'that'.
