Greetings folks, it is the rule to introduce myself to you.
I'm new to this community BUT I'm not newbie for PE
I'm on the fifth month of training so I'm looking for advanced routines and word of help to get through this.

Can anybody give me the link of some video to see exactly how it's done.
By the way, my routine consists basic wet jelqing and JAI stretches, it works good, but I want to get some more routines. Thank you all
