When I am stretching, am I wanting to feel the pull from the ligaments at my pelvis? If I try to pull very hard I have to grip the head very tight and it bruises. Where am I wanting to feel the pull and how hard should I be pulling? Thanks!

Right now I’m taking it slow. Hopefully in about 1 ½ weeks I’ll be able to use everything together, and get some serious gains.

I am anchoring the stretch at the base, I am only stretching with the upper hand. It helps big time with grip an stability. At what level are you jelqing? In order for it to be fruitful you should jelq at or above 80%. If you need to stop and regain eq that is fine.
