Hello [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. I'm completely new to PE - i started less than 2 months ago out of curiosity and now i enjoy the so called "newbie gains". I did not took my measure before i started because i was not believer at all but i was never above 5.0 NBPEL. Now i enjoy much better EQ, MEG 5.5 and NBPEL 5.6-5.7 (at 100% with a girl it was even 6.0). I still have issues with my fatpad because i was severely overweight and i still have loose skin and extra fat at the pubic area. Do you have any tips about exercises to trim that area locally?
My current routine is manual stretching in all directions 2x20 minutes (before and after sleep) + kegels during the day and don't take rest days at all. For the next few months i don't plan to include any tools in order to get the maximum of the newbie gains. Do you think what i do is okay or i have to include more exercises and earlier use of tools? Also can you advise me with which inquisition device to start?

I'm looking at P.Forte for all day exercise, or is it better some classic non-vacuum [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], plus [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words]. My goal is to cement NBPEL 6.0 until the end of 2014 and then who knows...
