Not sure if this is trolling or not, but I'll answer:

You should look into Andractim (topical DHT). It's applied to the penis in cases of micropenis. You should really read through my thread and kingsnake's thread. I think achieving 2" is definitely possible for you. Another person you need to get in touch with is Bib from Bib Forums. He will look at pictures of your penis (mirror shots) and estimate how much length you can gain from hanging at low angles. Hopefully you have a high skin exit point. I imagine you do. There could be inches of internal penis waiting to be pulled out.

Another route you are going to want to take is getting as much testosterone as possible. Squatting at the gym, eating properly etc. And look into treatment of micropenis. Again, Andractim is used topically to treat this. You can order it online from Allsaints clinic. Look into that.

Yeah:

1. Do manual stretching until you max out (3-4 months) - Start out very light, gradually increase intensity/time
2. Hang BTC (low angle) until you max out (1-3 years) - Start out light weight, gradually add 15% or less of current weight each week
3. Hang high angles (RSDT, OTS, SO) until you max out (1-3 years) - Same as above
4. Return to BTC hanging. Hanging at high angles changes your LOT. Basically, hanging at high angles affects different ligament bundles, so after hanging at high angles properly for a long period of time, you may find that you have more potential to gain from low angles again
5. Work girth - pumping, manual girth workout, PGE1 injections - Start out light, work your way up. Girth is simple to gain, compared to length.

Bib will ship anywhere, I'm pretty sure. Yes, he sells the product.

You will need to purchase a Bib Starter. I imagine your penis is longer than 1" flaccid when you stretch it out. You can stretch it out to apply the hanger. It will work if you have determination.

The good news is having a small girth makes length gain easier - Analogy: A thin rubber band is easier to stretch than a thick one. Also, it's harder for guys to gain length through tunica hanging (upper angles) who have gained girth already, because their tunica is tougher from girth work. So stick with hanging until you reach a desired length, then start working girth.

I'd say, in all honesty, if you dedicate yourself to Penis Enlargement, take your time, ask questions, ensure you do things properly, you could gain those 2" in length in a couple years. Some guys have gained it quicker than that, but being realistic it will probably take you well over a year to gain 2". Main thing is you should only measure like once every 3 months. Or else you'll mind fuck yourself.

Get a strap and strap the inch before your glans. You can do a few things:

2-Get erect (low-mid-high)-your preference and apply it then. That's what I usually do because my ball sack gets in the strap if I stretch. Try both and use the one that works for you better. I'll throw in my opinion, hopefully there is something that you can take from it, and I'm sure others will add in more. First off dude, dont stress.
