Starting out I would want you to the Newbie routine as this is the best place to start. Since you do not have any tools this is a completely manual work out. If and when you get tools we can move into the SRT Routine.

I originally stumbled upon MOS and DLD when purchasing a SG in 2014ish. I originally was inspired as just about all men are to PE, through the desire to see that look on her face from the unzip to the relaxed angelic stare into your soul post satiated fuck smoke break.

Upon a serious breakup I thought I was small when I now know I was average @ 6EL/4.5ishEG this is what would start my journey on an off from 2014 to now. I have been out of all PE from 2018 to just about 4 weeks ago from this post. So my PE experience looks similar to this:

2014-2017 - Used SG as frequently as possible w/ a VLC tugger Mod. I did no real stretching or girth routine. I just got in the device and beat this shit out of it as frequently as possible. Probably a 6mo total time lapse of inactivity in this period.

So as I write this today, I am waiting for a replacement arm for the extender as the screw got jacked up due to oxidation in a safe when I was away. I plan on incorporating a legit routine to see how that affects the progress I have made so far in getting to my goals, plus after a huge hiatus from MOS I’ve returned to see so many awsome products. I feel like an older PEer walking into the modern era of PE (xd).

Current: BPEL:7.5in
MSEG:5.25in

Goal: BPEL: 8-8.5in
MSEG: 5.75-6in

I hope to reach these goals with a legit manual program, the SG, and some other products initially the minyvac and would like the SiliStretcher-2 to replace my SG soon. I hope to not be tapped out in the growth arena. Nice to meet all of you. And Happy Hunting

Hello my new brother and thank you for coming out and becoming part of the brotherhood. Your goals are very reasonable and I think with the right routine you’ll get there quickly. The Mityvac and the Silistretcher are both very good piece of equipment that work hand-in-hand with the SRT routine. If you go that route let me know and I will help you put together a really good routine.

What is the training that I do with the SRT package? I am a lot of equipment. How can the time be divided to set a timetable for doing all the equipment? What is the training schedule for each device? Is it used simultaneously?

Attach your SiliStretcher at medium tension you will wear for as long as possible to help cement stretching sessions. The idea is to allow the tissue to heal in a fully stretched position. As the morning stretch is wearing off we are turning up the tension on the SiliStretcher with each bathroom break. If you are able to go 4 sets, that is four hours with each hour being a bit more demanding, is a smart way to introduce the proper use of the the amazing machine the SizeDoctor is! 4 hours is a good number of logged hours, considering it is in addition to your morning stretch session, I think it will be very abundant and productive!

I did. I sent a message to a service to sales@mattersofsize.com. Few of them needed a discount for me. The SRT package told me the discount does not apply to the package.

I am sorry my brother he was not able to discount any further. If he would’ve discounted more we would’ve lost money. I wish there were something I could do and I tried everything I could. My deepest apologies.
