I've been doing PE for 10 years, although not as consistent as DLD was. I regret nothing!!! ? Reason is because now I am more motivated than EVER! Time for this raasclaat king to SHINE! ?

We need MORE MOTIVATION. I feel that is our biggest downfall when it comes to PE. It's WORK, yes, but you work for money eh? You like material things? That's all good. No judgement from me, but HEALTH SHOULD BE A MOTIVATOR!!

I want to bring that motivation to this industry. This is the secret that men have been searching for......

IT IS ATTAINABLE!!! ONLY YOU CAN MAKE THIS A REALITY!!!

Hello Big Brothers !
I'm almost 28 years old, i am starting now with PE manual. I start from 5,5 inches or 14 cm length in erect state. My goal as a beginner is to make 2 inches or 5 cm with phase 1 newbie routine. I know that we are all different models and everybody is progressing differently, but brothers be honest with me is it possible to accomplish that in 3-4 months ?
 
2 inches in 3-4 months? 1 inch might be doable. Be ready for a longer ride with PE when you want to accomplish bigger gains. ;)
It's a whole different enhancement process compared to other parts of your body after all. Some theories and practises are similar but getting great gains can (and usually will) take time and lots of work.

I don't want to "piss on your parade", but just keeping it straight. Work at it and who knows what you might accomplish!

I'm not afraid of the work, i'll put the work for the gains. I just want to know if my goal is realistic, but 1 inch is not bad for 3-4 months with the manual PE. I'll be doing the PE exercises early in the morning, the whole newbie program, i'm also thinking to stop wearing underwear :D
 
Going commando helps a lot! That or very loose boxer shorts. Give your manhood the time to swing low. ;)

Many have made that 1" gain within 6 months of the newbie program. But as said, keep it real, this journey is often quite "long." (Pun not intented.)
Just be consistent and if there are bumps on the road, don't be shy to participate on the forum.
 
Just joined after a long time lurking. Previously did the newbie routine for a few mo this but didn’t manage to stick to it very well due to work commitments and privacy issues, Visible difference to flaccid size but didn’t get much further due to the above.

Just bought the slistretcher now and am looking forwards to adding that to the newbie routine as well as doing some light hanging. Got more privacy and time on my hands now so hoping to gain some girth and length over the coming year!
 
Been lurking for a while. My ex left back in 2014, so I guess that's when all of this technically started. I discovered the bath mate and did that semi-regularly for most of that year. Fell off the wagon for reasons. Dabbled in it for a bit last year and actually bought a phallosan that I never committed to because my penis seems to be in between the condom sizes. Decided to try a mos vacuum pump this year instead, but after digging around the kegel thread, I'm wondering if I should just do those exclusively for 6-12 months before chasing after length. (I haven't officially measured girth, but I can just barely fit inside a tp roll if that helps with visuals). Length is about 6.5 according to the ruler on the bath mate, but I do have a fat pad to deal with.
Here's the issues I'm working with. 1. Boy be chunky. I'm currently 6'2" and 289lbs. It's spread out pretty well, but I remember the days when I was 240 and my dick actually wanted to work with me. I'm getting back into the gym. Would I be better off waiting on the length portion until I've met my body goal?
2. 30 plus years of masturbating has lead me to having a dick that doesn't always want to respond to someone else. I'm currently on day 16 of nofap. I gave up adult entertainment over 2 years ago, so I haven't been experiencing the withdrawals that other people seem to get when they start this stuff, and I've actually had a few moments where I'm very aware of my junk (randomly horny for no reason), so feel like I'm making some progress but at the same time, I have no idea if I'm doing it right. My goal is 90 days. People think I'm crazy for trying, I'm saying that it is a show of dedication and discipline. Plus, I've never actually had a wet dream before.
3. When I do get hard, it don't stand up. My guess is the girth plus some weak ass PC muscles, hence my question about kegels.
4. I have a slight bend to the left when I'm semi, but it's not there when I'm hard. Back in 2009 when my oldest was learning how to use his legs and jump, he was jumping on my lap while holding my hands. Got excited, jumped a little too hard and came down on my penis. Noticed the next day that I had a very small bump under the skin. I was working in a medical clinic at the time so I had one of the docs on staff look at it. Called a urologist and was told that it was a busted capillary and should heal up fine. Never had any pain. When I'm hard, if I feel the sides of my penis, it seems like the left is a little thinner than the right. I don't have any pain during erections or sex, so I'm not thinking peyronie's. I bought the phallosan thinking it would be the fix, but gave up out of frustration because I couldn't get it on properly.

Thoughts?
