hanging weight is relative to the individual. If you are getting good fatigue with that
weight then it should work for you. I'm currently
hanging with 15 pounds right now and that's the
weight that puts my dick in fatigue personally.
Hey Redzulu2003. Yeah man. The anobolic diet is a good diet to follow for those that don't handle carbs very well. The only draw back of the anobolic diet is that it puts your metabolism in the shitter from the lack of carbs during the week which makes fat loss platueos inevitable. Next Month I'm am going to switch over to carb cycling shred up. I think at a body
weight of 190-200 pounds at 5'11, I'll be completely ripped with decent size. Currently 213 pounds right now.

I've been
hanging and pumping 5 days a week right now Monday thru Friday. Right now my routine is as follows.
Morning: two 15-20 minute sets of
hanging using my tunica
hanging from the base method/ 5-10 minutes of edging
Evening: two or three 15-20 minute sets of
hanging using my tunica
hanging from the base method/ two 15 minutes sets of pumping/ 5-10 minutes of edging.
Right now I'm still at 9.25 inches non bonepressed x 9.6 inches bonepressed x 5.5 midgirth x 6.2 base girth. No new gains yet but I feel once the
weights start getting heavier I'll make some progress. Right now I'm just taking it slow so I don't over stress my unit.
Here are some measured pics that I took this Monday. I am scehduled to measure again in two weeks. If I don't show any progress in two weeks then I'll up my
hanging weight to 17 pounds.
