The first question is have you used Chest Flys for your bodybuilding routine and what do you think about them? Are they a good tool for gaining a massive chest size. It was uncomtortable the rest of the night, although this morning I had felt better than normal, I was still trying to understand what muscle I had potentially may have temporarily strained, By what I had read it is a common occurance with pull ups, but I wondered your input on this question?
