I also tried airpumping and did some hanging with a vac hanger but never liked it. I really like water pumping comparied to air pumping. Water pumping just leaves me feeling pumped up all day not like when i air pumped. Also less problems with fuild buildup and balloning

How many hours are you hanging and how many days a week? To create decent gains most people have to hang at least 10 hrs a week minimum. Most people gain the most under 17lbs that is why it is strongly urged that one stays under 20lbs for as long as possible and only move up in weight when gains are not recorded. BTC is more intense than SD and swinging back and forth or side to side is also a good way to go through milestones. you might also want to contact BIB at the bib hanger forum in addition to writing kingsnake and the advanced Penis Enlargement-ers on this forum. Reading this will also help.

Ya I made my gains with a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. Check out a thread called "encouragement" by Dan Clizer at this forum. He claimed to have gained 1.5" of girth in 10 months of dedicated pumping. He says that after awhile, he was up to 2-3 pump sessions a day. A method he used was the 6x6 routine (6 sets of 6 minutes), 1-3 times a day, depending on how conditioned he was at the time. I believe constant expansion is required to gain girth. The last month of pumping for me was gainless, even though I recorded up to 1.5" of temporary pump gains after sessions. I believe it was because I was only doing one session per day. I'm going to add DHT gel and a whole chemical Penis Enlargement procedure in with GH releasing supplements, revolving around PGE1 injections, pumping and girth work when I start to work girth. There is something called ultimate uli's on bib's forum as well

Thanks Kinsey for the reply but Iive been hanging for a few years with minimal gains. 10 hours a week is the minimum Bib says one should hang to make gains. Sometimes i hung 4 hours in split sets. I didnt gain at all using any angles, except the sides of my penis became more exposed, but along the top didnt. I think i have a steel cord issue.

Every individual is different. BIB has said it many times that some guys did not make any gains or very minimum gains until they went pass 30lbs BTC.

LOT and mirror and palpation is what you should use to determine hanging angles
 
Yeah I did my Lot is medium or a little lower, I have some potential for lig gains but its very limited. I'm hovering some where around 7.5 nbp (after a pump session) but I have a half inch fat pad. If I cut down on my body fat, i could easily gain .5 That would put me at 8nbp, x 5.8 after I pumped. It's only a Theory its not concrete, so I hang at all angles. Im just waiting on snakes essay.

Good luck getting anything less than a .5" fat pad. you should be targeting 1 angle and sticking with it to gain anything significant with hanging. It's called riding the fatigue. Check it out

Thanks for the reply, like I said Ive been hanging for 2 years. I'm hung straight down for 6months no gains, another 6 OTS, nothing. 6BTC nothing. Also riding the fatigue is just lowering the weight after you reach a point where you can no longer hang at that level. Now the only thing I can think is that maybe I'm one of those guys that has to be over 30lbs hanging to break the threshold of a limiting factor Right now Im at 25lbs. The bad news is I could be one of those guys that just never gains from hanging period.

ditch BTC, go to the upward angles, trust me. Kinsey is right, use a rsdt fulcrum also. I recommend talking to bib he will help you figure it out. maybe add in an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] during the day when you cannot hang, or just hang more often. Always go back to basics ... manual stretches, kegels, jelqing, and edging to stay in condition.

Thank you Kinsey, I could say the same about you. Girth came easy for me, length not so much. But hey im still pushing towards 9nbpx6.25, right now im stil at approx 8.5nbpx5.75.

It takes up way to much space which causes the thread to create a new page to soon since you make back to back post alot and people miss out on important information. Just make your signature like mine with your pre Penis Enlargement stats and your current stats so minimal space is taken up.

I also had a 1 hour phone conversation with the infamous Dr Runels who's the creater of the priapus shot which is suppose to stimulate massive growth in the penis. Still working on the essay. I will tell you this though, fellas. A small tip of the iceberg before we go into depth with the essay. Based on the urologiest opinions and Dr Runel's opinions, PUMPING is of great importants if done right. My essay will be done shortly.

Wow I went to a urologist and he treated me like a sack of wet garbage when I asked him about penis enlargement, said he had no idea that it existed and got me the fuck out of there.
