Hey Starks. Here is my diet current diet plan.

(Meal 1) half cup of plain oatmeal with splenda, srambled egg whites

(Meal 2) 2 tbsp of natural penut butter and a 30 gram whey protein shake

(Meal 3) Chicken breast, Salad with light ranch or blue cheese dressing, half cup of brown rice

(Meal 4 aka post workout meal) 40 gram whey protein shake with 40 grams dextrose mixed in.

(Meal 5) Chicken, fish, or lean steak with 1 cup of brown rice and vegetables

(Meal 6) 30 grams whey protein shake mixed in with 8 oz of skim milk.

Try to drink 1 gallon of water a day
Take a multivitumin a day
 
WORKOUT PLAN

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday

(Monday) CHEST and Biceps

Barbell Incline Benchpress 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Incline Dumbell Benchpress 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Dips 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Cable flies 2 sets 10-12 reps

Dumbell curls 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Barbell curls 2 sets of 8-10 reps each arm
Hammer curls 2 sets of 8-10 reps each arm

(Tuesday) Legs, ABS

Barbell Squats 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Legpress 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Leg curls 2 sets of 12-15 reps
Seated calf raises 2 sets of 15-20 reps

Hanging Leg raises 2 sets of 12-15 reps
Seated crunch machine 2 sets of 12-15 reps

(Thursday) Delts , Triceps

Dumbell shoulder press 2 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbell side laterial raises 2 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbell front raises 2 sets 8-10 reps

Close grip Barbell Benchpress 2 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbell overhead extensions 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Tricep cable pulldowns 2 sets 10-12 reps

(Friday) Back, Abs

Deadlifts 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Chin ups 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbell rows 2 sets of 8-10 reps each side
Close grip Lat pulldowns 2 sets of 8-10 reps

Weighted crunches 2 sets of 15 reps
Reverse weighted crunches 2 sets 15 reps


Hey Girth hammer. When I was jelqing I would jelq for 20-30 minutes. I never really did jelqing for up to an hour. Maybe I should start doing that to see if it could be the missing component for me gaining midgirth.

Hey Starks. Creatine is good. Creatine puts water in your muscles and helps you to recovery ATP stores while working out. I used to take it but can't afford it anymore. I also take citrulline malate and aakg for pumps in the gym and increased erection quality.
 
I hope coffee, weed or tobacco counts as a vitamin:)

Hey girthhammer. There is a vitamin shop not to far from my house. I'll go check them out tommorow. I've been in ATL since I was 14 years old. I'm 25 years old now and still here and loving it. As far as music goes I like all kinds of music accept country music. I manly listen to hiphop but I also like other types of music as well.
 
Can't believe you started out at 7.5 nbpel and just moved-up ( Plus, removing some of the fat pad. ) Guess I'll have to exercise a little bit more to remove some of my stomach fat and fat-pad ( i'm not too big, but there's a fat-pad and a gut that's weighing me down. :p ). Inspiring, truly.

Oh, thought you started out at 7.5 on Saiyan22. Either way, that's pretty good.
 
Hey keepingitbig. Yeah when I said 7.5 at the pegym it was because I was bulked up and weighing 250 pounds. Before bulking up my starting stats was 8 inches but after gaining a thick fat pad while bulking my nbpel went down to 8 inches but my bpel was still 8.5 inches. Before I did that bulking phase back in 2007 my nbpel was 8 inches even back in highschool. LOL.

Hey bigc77. The steel cord is a strong wirey area that runs through the shaft and is hard to deform. My hanging method allows me to deform the shaft behind the steel cord. As my penis behind the steel cord within the body deforms then the penis thats outside of the body is pushed out further by default.
 
Hey Girthhammer. Just read that creep info. The info is definately spot on but when it comes to inducing living tissue to creep more time is needed. In my opinion it's important to heat your penis up to the hottest temperature that you can stand without burning your penis before and while your penis is being put through tension. This will result in penile tissues hitting creep faster and with less structural damage to the area being stressed. This is why I have my penis next to my portable heater while doing my hanging sets. Also keep in mind that creep causes temperary deformation to the penis as tension is placed on it. The longer and your penis stays in creep the more permantent deformation takes place as accumulated microscopic damage followed by remodeling takes place. As the load causes to much accumulated stress then the creep phase enters the plastic phase which is the permanent deforming phase that we Penis Enlargementers are looking for.

That's pretty interesting! I've tried different types of manual stretches under a portal heater ( don't know if it's like yours ) for 30 minutes, than edging. Seems alright. If I can do it each day ( I do stretches during work too and when I get home ), would the CREEP method work in my favor?
