aye kingsnake, when putting the pipe repair clamp do you stretch the penis out so u can get as close to the base as you can also do you do it sitting down, i have been using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] for this type of hanging and i can never seem to get right on the base it alwasy pulls up and has more shaft showing. and do you still wear the tail piece flex pipe ?

Hey bigc77. When putting on the pipe repair clamp I stretch my penis out first then put the pipe repair clamp on while pushing my scrotum skin back to really get the hanger close to the base as possible. Make sure you are wrapping good and using the mininum amount of tightness needed to keep the tension on the shaft.

With the tail peace flex pipe I wear it for a couple of hours on Saturday and Sunday after my active recovery hanging set on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Hey KS I read a blog DLD posted and he mentions after pumping with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is a good time to stretch the tunica and since Ive read you stretch the tunica for the length you might like to know this. He has it up in one of his blogs if you want to find it let me know I can post the link. His theory is that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] makes the tunica spungy and that makes it better to stretch after :s

I plan to register to a gym in september. I've found one at 10 minutes from my home which is really great.

My goal is to look like the guy on the link below (V-taper back, wide shoulder...) :

I plan to go there five days a week and dedicate one muscle group by workout days.

Could you recommend me a good workout plan to achieve this results ?

I'll take whey protein and multivitamins supplements . Do you recommend others supplements also ?

Hey newbie09. When lowering calories I reduce the carbs before I reduce fat. Healthy fats are important in your diet for natural testosterone production and muscle preservation during a time of calorie deficiency.
