This has likely been asked in the past, but as i am new and there are many threads. I want to start SRT, I noticed that girth and length are done in the same day. I've read in other forums that you ahould gain length before girth, is this not true or does SRT negate the issue that could result from length and girth work at the"same time".

In SRT length and girth are done together as each contribute to one another. Length is done first and girth after.

It's a good start, but I highly recommend you doing active manual stretches as well. Look into bundled stretches. With bundled stretches, you can soften up your Tunica albuginea before getting yourself into the extender/all day stretcher. This will promote faster length gains.
But you may or may not have time for it, but your gains will come faster. Also I highly recommend you reading through/or listening to (you find an audio at the bottom of post #1) in SRT.

It's important to do Slow Squash Jelq to cement girth gains.
