Can you gain just using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], and what is the best exercise to do with it, I am assuming maybe pulling on it for those 30 seconds sets maybe. Also, I damaged my penis using one of those stretching devices, I had an erection with it on and it moved some tissue down towards the base making it skinny on the top half. Do you think this will even back out by using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]? Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] alone will definitely bring you gains but it is best used in a super-set scenario. What most of us are using is 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] followed by 5 minutes of jelqing (or the like). This brings the fastest expansion and gains will come that much faster. The DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches are great but they are only one part of stretching, it becomes important to do some sort of manual stretching, extending or hanging to counter the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches. If you have a short schedule try doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches backed up with BTC stretches, this will bring better length gains.

Also, I should be squeezing as hard as possible without it hurting right?

Hey wats up everybody im solomon jones unlike everyone else who was searching the web for a way to enlarge their penis i was lucky enough to have found it when i was 14 from my father accidentaly leaving the pegym up, lol. You're ahead of the game with that, girls will enjoy using what you have that others don't, and it doesn't hurt that you're a tall white guy either, but then again, I don't even know for sure if women notice height or body/looks when it comes to initial attraction

Hello everyone. Im a fan of Super Troopers and thats where i got my name :p. I am also a fan of Penis Enlargement. I have read this site for quite some time now and have never been able to keep the commitment. It really is a lot of work and will admit im lazy:p. But i also know i wont get the gains i want if i dont stick to it. I think it is awesome how guys have made so much gains. I have always wanted a dick that slaps my taint when i whip it out. One day hopefully i will get there. Currently I am 6" erect length and 5" erect girth. My long goal is to be 8 inches. Short would be 7 inches erect penis...if i get more girth thats a plus but im not too worried about it like i am length. The idea is to stick with a routine for as long as it produces. If your routine is not productive you will need to ad intensity and/or additional exercises or switch to a new routine completely. If following the Phased workout you will want to stick with each Phase until you have tapped it out to move to the next. You will know when this happens because you will go without gains for a few weeks.

Staying consistent has a lot to do with staying involved with the forums. We all have a similar goal and we are all experiencing issues as we progress, the support of the group is paramount in keeping us all in the game. Motivation comes from within and the way you are currently thinking about things. Start to think different and you will see a different reality. For motivation I look at Mandingo plowing some bitch and I am in the Bathroom training!

I understand what you are saying completely. I just started too, and it hurts, it's very time consuming, it can be frustrating as well. Sometimes I think "why should I have to do this stuff each night when other guys have it to begin with". But then I try to think of it like this - if I work hard for it and achieve it, I will be that much more appreciative of what I have and won't take it for granted. Also, I look at it like No pain, no gain. I guess it's good that it hurts because that should mean it's working. Like working out at the gym. When you are completely wrecked after you know you will be stronger in a day or so. For motivation, sometimes I think of negative things (ie my penis is too small, everyone is larger than me) and it fuels me to go, or I think of positive things (ie I'd like to pleasure a woman better etc). Just keep at it, I hear you though.. It's tough, but I like to imagine how great it would be if it works, and how much I'd appreciate it.

I started today to find the most confortable way with these tools.

I have to say the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is really comfortable had to pay attention with my balls but figured it out how to use.
The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] was really hard to find my way. Tried first the comfort strap, but when fixing the strap it hurts, tried with the foam got a bit better but couldn't fix my penis for a longer time.
Tried with the silicon strap and it works really great.
The bigger girthbase like the x4 has would be much better in my case because when fitting it's really tight, but works fine.
It would also be better when there would be more space between the rods, and a bigger front piece.
but after a few minutes it gets stretched and fits in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

I will see how frequent I can use these tools because i have not really that time to do it daily for hours.(study @ technology institute(college), and work).

I will post my results after a few weeks.

I though he was tryn to get wit me but he actually gave me the best advice in the world. the excersises arnt bad at all and soon ima have a girl say damn u huge ahaha. but i really am pleased with this program. thanks

About my former girth exercises, I think, that as far as I remember when I started being a horny teenager, I used to masturbate a lot, and was really pressing my dick hard sometimes and pushing the blood up to the head to have a huge glan (kind of doing some Jelq/Uli compression exercises without even knowing I was doing them). These old habits might explain my "intial" girth

When starting in January 2011, I really just knew about Jelqing and Ulis, so that's what I was basically did, but at that time, because I wanted to "test" it, I really did it like a loOot, like 300 noon, 200 night, and as I was building up, I was making a super tight tourniquet grip, so it was like Jelqin'Uling in some way, really pushing the pressure in my penis to the max (and no day off, for like 2-3 months)

I knew then it was working, but unfortunately, as I was a complete starter and newbie (and my dick was not used to that at all), I got lots of discoloration as a reward (some have decreased then), and many discoloration spots, like dark stains, like If I had spilled some dark ink on my penis somehow (I've read this is more or less the iron from the blood trapped under the skin)

They are not very esthetic, but I got used to them and consider them as Battle scars like some do for stretch marks

When I reach my goal, then I'll try to find a way to remove these checking the heath/boo boo forums threads.

I did a study on this years ago and I found that men who had frequent, aggressive masturbation habits become larger after puberty than their counterparts.

I have been doing it before or after manual stretching (switching it up). Hey everyone, been lurching the forum for a few days and I decided to post, even though I'm quite paranoid about posting on forums tbh... I started doing pe less than two months ago and I have to say I am quite impressed, really. When I started I think I was 6.5 or maybe a little bit more but since then I am now at 8.1, which indeed is pretty fkin awesome - and in such little time! Being just about 5'7", looks pretty cool! I have also gain on girth but not quite as much so now I'd like to focus more on it but still work on that length. However, I don't want to buy any pumps or rings or any of that stuff, I mean, if I've achieved such good results with basically just stretches and jelqs, surely I can gain girth with some manual exercises? Besides, those things just freak me out, I'd feel mad weird using them. I've seen some of you guys say edging is the way forward but I don't really fancy the idea.. I used to think I'd wanna have an 8.5 and it was funny when dld said that was actually Ramon's (from Bangbros) size, which I thought would be far harder to achieve, but now, it's just around the corner!

Which exercises did you do to get these gains?
 
Just basic stretches and basic jelqs, really. Like about a week ago I started doing some of dlds exercises like the a-stretches, c-jelqs, peyronies jelqs, angle jelqs, iso comps and dld bends and I think they've revived and increased my gains quite a lot! By just stretching and jelqing I had gained very noticeable results but man after doing this exercises - it's just amazing how fast they've worked!

You know what, it may already been two months tbh.. as soon as I find where the hell I put the date I started, I'll let you know.

Good morning everyone, I just recently discovered this forum and read a few things in here before posting. I can't exactly afford both right now, but will eventually. Which one would you guys advise to get first? Thanks in advance!
