I believe in doing PE (Penis Enlargement) as effective as possible, SRT goes through all the steps to consider, to make it as effective as possible.
For example: Just having tight underwear and tight pants on, can make your gains slow or not coming at all. You don't want any compression at all.
Also by not keeping your tissue warm enough, while actively stretching (ADS = not active stretching) you can limit your elongation during and after exercise, which limits how fast you will gain.
Temporary gains lead to permanent gains. If you can get your room temperature higher, this would be optimal. I'm using heating fans and MOSRED (for healing and faster growth) for this.
There are many factors to consider...but when you understand the theory of it all, you have the potential to gain as fast as possible. This is the reason I always refer new brothers to the SRT.

So I have a question about the gains being “permanent.”Can gains be permanent in the sense that at some point, you can stop doing PE? Or do you pretty much have to maintain forever and if you don’t, you’ll eventually lose all gains and go back to being the size you started? Or, is there a way to “lock in” a goal size so that you never drop below it again even if you stop PE entirely. For example, if my goal is 7.5”x5.75”, but I surpass that and get to say…9”x6.5”…and then stop, is it possible that I’d lose gains but only fall to my original goal of 7.5? Or is it likely I’d fall all the way back to my starting size of 6.5”x5.25”? And what kind of maintenance frequency is required to simply maintain?
