Just do one to two rounds of 1 min hold bundled stretches in 5 directions straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and a straight out dynamic hold bundled stretch as I like to call it.

Will do this starting today as I really wanna speed up the gaining process.

Will see if I pull my Lengthmaster 3 out again, to begin with I think I’ll just use my hands and when that stops working I got the LM3 to make the stretches even more intense.

Just did two rounds of bundled stretches 1 mins hold. First round bundling to the left in 5 directions then the second round to the right in 5 directions, took me about 13 mins in total.

Did it in front of my IR lamp and let me tell you, getting in my extender at maximum traction was a helluva lot easier with my penis being already stretched out and warm.

Yes Sir, I know as all my length gains has come in those bursts you mentioned. Can’t wait for my next length burst to come and will do everything I can to make them come faster.

Especially now that my Doc just told me I’m getting a afternoon dose of Ritalin 10mg that will give me that extra little boost of energy in the evenings after my full body workouts. Already on max dose of 80mg long acting Ritalin but the effects don’t last for 10-12 hours on me, so an extra evening boost is needed and I finally got it, wuhuu.

Luckily I’ve now got the best Doc I have ever had, she has helped me with absolutely everything I have asked her to help me with. Like HCG and Nolvadex for my TRT protocol and she has zero problems with me self injecting the Nebido/testosterone either.
And now she quickly made sure I could get an evening Ritalin booster dose as well by calling a psychiatrist and getting advice from them on how to do it . I simply love having her as my Doc as I feel like she takes me seriously and we work good togheter. If she can’t answer my requests or give me what I ask for she always calls an expert or two to get the info she needs. I have such respect for her too and would never go against her advice.

It's a little diffrent structured where I live, so there is not possible that one doctor can help me with everything.

This is the reason I needed to self educate myself so much in the medical field. Read really hard books in English, until English where no problem for me any longer. I love my hyperfocused mind.

Yeah! Some of them get stuck in the old ways. I have seen this multiple times. But some really see you as well. There are some prejudice involved for the doctors that get stuck in the old ways.

Exactly, that’s why I’m so lucky as I believe she’s in her early twenties and newly educated and also willing to listen and take into account what I’m telling her.

Hello, boys. I've been lurking for some time now gobbling up as much info as I can. I started out decently long (7.25" bpel) but at only 5.25" girth, I was always aware that I could use more there. I started with ADS and weight hanging but quickly realized after reading the forums that my method of choice would be pumping 5x5x3. I've seen about 0.25" in girth and possibly 0.25" in length so far. My minimum goal is 8x6 (cliché, I know,) but I wouldn't hate 8.5x6.5. Not looking for a monster. I want to give pleasure, not pain! I'm happily married, have always had pretty good sex life, but I've had to make up orally for my lack of girth. My wife has already "responded positively," so I couldn't be happier. I have had pubic bone tenderness as well as lymph duct inflammation/hardness. Basically, I rest when I need to but aim for 5 on, 2 off. Mostly introducing myself but also open to feedback!
