What would you do to only gain huge amounts of base girth? Im about to start hanging as it is known to achieve that.
Im not so keen on getting much more length.
Most say BTC hanging but I guess that would increase my ligs a lot. I saw you doing a lot of OTS/pulley hanging.
Also you had a lot of inquiries into heavy hanging which might contribute to girth gains. I think with the right hanger positioning(closer to the base) I might just get the tension onto the base?
