Everything he said made sense scientifically, it all ended up in the patent, and the timing was right. Plus, there are obviously people who have gained from the patent itself and similar protocols (although few).

I've studied that thread pretty religiously. From what I've gathered, his protocol was this:
CC: PGE1, Papaverine, Phentolamine
Under the skin: IGF1 LR3, HGH, PGF2A
Orally: L-Arginine, Bromaline, Borage Oil, Fish Oil
Topically: DHT + custom carrier + liquid Cialis* (*seems implied the cialis was used systemically/orally too)
Devices: Long-term clamping and/or cockring wear while erect, for vascular occlusion
Exercise: Tunica Stretches

In his final post he mentioned adding in some other things, but didn't specify what they were. Easy to assume from the patent that they were likely topical Verapamil and oral Potaba/Paba. I've never seen anyone do as complicated of a protocol as his, and as previously mentioned, all the bunk chemicals on the market would lower the success rate a ton.

But I digress... Definitely interested in hearing an update about your urologist's IGF attempt when there is one.

I wish chemPE was more talked about on here. I'm following the thread @ promuscle and it seems to have died down. Even @ it's peak there were probably only around 7 or so people doing PGE1 injections that were actually posting. They did get enough people to do a group buy one day, but nobody really ever posts anymore.

I'm planning on starting a routine in the future w/ PGE1, DMSO/PABA, DMSO 15% verapamil and maybe topical DMSO 10-15% pentox. Going along w/ hanging/girth routines that target the tunica.
If I can find it, it would be nice to add another vasodilator like papaverine.

Then there is other stuff, but I don't know how legit it is online (like VEGF). PGE1 is claimed to raise IGF/VEGF anyways.

There is one guy @ thunders doing PRP injections and a few months ago, talked about a DIY injection w/ his own centrifuge+ETC.
I have a .pdf on the 8 growth factors of it and a lot of other research, but it seems like it's still up in the air on results.

Never seen anyone mess with those particular collagen-related compounds, but they're mentioned in the patent and backed up pretty well in other areas of use, so I'm really curious to see what their actual effect is on PE. Seems like it could really speed up the process with a solid extending/hanging routine. Even more with an injectable/erection-based ChemPE routine.

I think a reason why a lot of people haven't tried it is the effort that goes into making a proper transdermal. I myself don't know how one would go about making such a thing, as these compounds are most easily acquired in pill form. Is it do-able to simple grind them down and mix with DMSO or is it a more complicated process? I've not looked into sourcing straight-up powdered stuff, though, but I'd assume that makes the whole thing very easy.

Well. PGE1 might go into the erection ability and what's left over might go into the tunica portion, or visa-versa. I have no idea. I just know about PGE1 dependency and the other vasodilators helping to negate the dosage of PGE1 needed and save money. problem is, most guys dont wanna inject themselves. its a bit like steroids, alot of guys dont wanna inject so either take orals or just dont take any. its even more scary when it comes to your man meat though, i think most feel its way too dangerous and/ or potentially painful and not really worth the risk for what you may or may not get, which is probably why it hasnt really gone anywhere and only very few guys do it

yeah, just like how orals for bodybuilding purposes dont really affect penis growth. i would of thought though if something needs to be injected, it would be difficult to get the same affect or dosage through a cream.

Ah, I see. That was my line of thinking as well. It's relatively easy to source verapamil, pentox., etc in pill form, but I myself was unsure if simply crushing them down and making a topical with DMSO was efficient. I'd assume a filter would be necessary though, to remove whatever binding agent may be in the pills.

PRP is pretty low on my list of things I'd like to attempt, honestly. Very much appreciated though! Might be worth uploading the document somewhere for anyone else who may be interested. The PRP method seems like it may be great for healing processes, but I don't think it's been fine-tuned enough for gains, although I think it might have potential. Regardless, it would be cool to see more Chem threads on here for sure.
