I fell like jelqing is not working for me so I'm going to drop that but I'm the type of guy to study the science of something instead of being like most guys being stubborn and not gaining(Im in bodybuilding...trust me I see it all the time. guys who don't change cause there egos want let them learn from others) So I'm ready for all advice. I'm a sponge looking for knowledge. I enjoy helping others but I need some gains to back up the stuff I say to others. And not even just on the forum. I've a BIG question for you: you say that now you're focused on lenght, and then you'll focus on girth. But i see that you do lots of jelqing (1 hour!) and other girth exercises. So, what do you think is the KEY to make progress in girth? What make you confident to achieve that? What are the best exercises and the tecnique to achieve that?

I am not kingsnake and I understand that you ask him, but I have been on a plateau for some months now and am successful using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in combination with manual exercises. Works great.
 
I'm going to do a program to restore my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words].(jelq/squezze jelq/ballooning/kegels & reverse kegels) for maybe a month or two than all length. Just started that routine last night.

I ADC after my session. About 30-40 minutes. When I did it a massage my unit to keep it engorged the whole time. I didn't edge cause I didn't want to fatigue my penis just massage the head. I was very plump from doing that and stayed about 90 percent erect but with the clamp on it was really engorged. What do you think about doing it that way?

Is that the same way you do it after your session?

Hey pappamolla. I actually stopped doing jelqs. After all of my hanging sets are done for the day I do two 15 minute sets of pumping to plump the tissues back out and then edge for penile health and proper blood flow circulation. When I start concentrating on girth I will be doing bundled tunica hanging, pumping and ADCs use. I will be wearing an ADCs for 6-8 hours a day taking the cable clamp off every 20 minutes for proper blood circulation. I think bundled stretches or underated and have massive potential to add girth by them selves so I'm going to take it to the next level and do bundled hanging. With bundled stretches or bundled hanging the tunica is being stretched length wise and width wise in diagonal directions for deformation of the tunica in all directions. If I reach my 10 inch NBPenis EnlargementL goal by 2011 then I'll be doing what I typed above.

Hey Girth Hammer. Your routine sounds good but you don't need to get 90% erect in the cable clamp if you are using it as an ADCs. All you need is a 60-70% erection then clamp it off. This way your tunica won't be getting to stressed but still be engorged. You want to be semi erect but still have your penis hang down. If it starts rising up then you are too erect.

YES! I got a pump last night. My buddy told me he went to a sex shop about a month ago. He didn't know I did Penis Enlargement so I knew it would super awkward asking him to take me there for a pump. Hey Girth hammer. Make sure that pump you bought is a good quality pump with a gauge so you know how much pressure you are using. Also even though you are going for length, I know deep down that you want girth really bad so don’t go over board with pumping. Be careful with the pressure you are using and don’t pump past 10 gs. For the first month don’t go past 5-6gs of pressure. You are going for perminent gains in size with pumping. Not a shit ton of fluid build up to mislead you in thinking you are gaining girth.

With the ADCs don’t really look at it as a workout. The ADCs is just to keep your penis engorged while it heals after your main Penis Enlargement session. Think of ADCs as the equivalent of a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words][/words] for keeping your penis elongated while healing takes place. Yes ADC is beneficial as I found out several years back before anyone really knew what ADC stood for. I did 24/7 ADC and 2 hour ADC, 6 hour ADC etc but personally the best time is what I call the window of opportunity following your workout, which is inside the first 2 hours after the workout.

This is the period if you want to do ADC, do it than. ADC is similar to how [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] work but with girth. For those that pump as-well and see some fluid afterwards, not talking about shit loads of gross fluid here, just some, well the fluid is beneficial as my studies have shown which were done alongside a medical friend I know. This fluid in small to moderate amounts is very good for healing and helping get nutrients to the penis for growth and recovery so it makes good sense to perform ADC when this is present.

Lastly regarding erection quality, sure doesn't need to be 100% and what I do is put the clamp on around the whole package loose and stimulate myself to a good expansion than clamp down moderately for a nice engorgement. Much easier and better form than doing it while your erect or getting erect.

I tried to emulate that stretch but just gripping the base of my shaft and pulling upwards. This definitely felt like an intense stretch, though it was hard to say if it was just pulling the skin, though I think it was actually stretching the inner penis.
So, I wanted to get your opinion: does gripping at the shaft and pulling up feel similar to how you hang over your head?

Hey thanks for the support guys. Hey laocoon. The best way to do the base hanging method is with the tunica hanging style which will have you hanging in the upwards direction with your penis stretched towards your naval while you are laying down on your back. To avoid to much skin stretching, bend your legs and keep them close together like you are about to do sit ups. This will put 90% of the stress directily on the tunica and connective tissues with in the base and scrotum area. By deforming and lengthen this area within the base and scrotum area this will by default push out more penis that's in front of the area being stressed. So basically the penis that's in front of the hanger will be pushed out further as the penile tissue behind the hanger with in the base and scrotum sac enlarges and lengthens.

With manually stretching upwards just keep your legs close together and bend over slightly while stretching your penis up towards your naval to concentrate on the inner penile tissue with in the base and scotum area.

Based on how you hang for your tunica, I tried to do a manual stretch that would imitate a hanger that is connected at the base of my shaft and stretching upwards.
I can feel a semi-intense stretch this way, more intense than if I was gripping at the glans and pulling up.
I was just wondering if gripping at the base and stretching up feels similar to what you feel when you tunica hang?

It kills me to look at your pics and not want to train for length. So I think I have figured what will help with my girth but I'm still all ears for advice. I don't know what order to do exercises in to get the most from each one.

Hey Laocoon In order to hit the shaft within the base and scrotum area with the upwards stretches you have to bend your legs and bend your torso forward so skin stretch will be minimal. This is why I do my hanging sets lying down with my legs bent.

Hey Girth Hammer. Damn dude. Looks like length training only lasted about 2 weeks for you. Back to girth training already ha. LOL. I knew you couldn’t resist girth training. LOL. If you are going to shoot for length and girth then you should do your length training in the first half of the day then do your girth work once all length work is done. I personally don’t think it’s effective to girth work then immediately do length work right after.
If you are going to just skip length all together and concentrate on girth then I think you should do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s first then do your pumping sets after. I think pumping and edging are good finisher excersizes for penile health and EQ.

LOL its wierd for me. If I do a routine all girth I will gain length with zero girth change and I still have no clue why. Gains are gains to me so I accept any. your right, the length work didn't last to long but I do basic stretches each morning and in the shower, I don't time myself though like I do with girth sessions.

Hey kingsnake amazing progress bro, i was just wondering do you do any exercises erect or close to it ?? also i have no idea what "ADS or ADC" is i have bought a pipe repair clamp, i sometimes just use resealable cable tyes as my clamp, there quick and easy lol, i can also do alot of hanging stretches, as i have a powertec home gym system that works charms with all the pully's, could you maybe post a brief workout of what u do now ?? :) thanks champ

Hey bigc77. The only 100% erect excersise that I do is pumping. Everything else is done in a flaccid state or semi erect state. Not a fan of full erect excersises like clamping and jelqing because they ruin my EQ. I still clamp but only as an ADCs (ALL DAY CLAMPING) to keep my dick plumped and engorged for an hour or two after my evening Penis Enlargement workout. ADCS is basically clamping your dick with a semi erection to keep it engorged with light tension while healing and remodeling takes place from the main Penis Enlargement workout. Redzulu2003 explains it very well at the top of this page on post 421.

My current workout is as follows.
Monday through Friday

Morining session: 3 twenty minute sets of tunica hanging with hanger attached at the base, 15 minutes of Manual bundled stretches, 10 minutes of edging. Evening session: 1 twenty minute set of tunica hanging with hanger attached at the base, 15 minutes of manual bundled stretches, 1 or 2 fifteen minute sets of pumping, 5-10 minutes of edging. Then I put on my ADCs for an 1 hour or 2 for healing to take place in an engorged state

Saturday and Sunday I only do 1 twenty minute set of tunica hanging in the morning as a form of active recovery and maintence then I wear my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for a few hours.

Every other Monday I do a 10-12 set tunica hanging shock routine to really inflict some controlled trauma and structural weakening for deformation to take place through out the rest of the week. Keep in mind this 10-12 set hanging shock workout is done every two weeks. Every other Monday. The rest days in between every other Monday is my normal 5 sets a day hanging routine that was explained up above.

Hey Girth Hammer. In my humble opinion I think plastic deformation of the penis can be reached better and safer when the penis is flaccid or semi erect. You see when fully erect the tunica's elasticity is completely maxed out and becomes hard and rigid. Trying to deform the tunica in its fully erect and rigid state is dangerous because the increase in tension and pressure can cause assessvie damage. I read in one article that the tunica's tensile strength resemble the tensile strength of a tire filled with air. Now when a tire has no air in it the tire is soft, stretchy and pliable since its basically rubber. In the tire's soft and pliable state it has more elastic properties that can be deformed with stretch forces more effieciently without assessive damage to the tire's structure. When the tire is filled with air it becomes more resistant to any deforming stress and will most likely burst before plastic deformation takes place. Now I'm not saying that your tunica will burst but what I am saying is more trauma and imflamation can happen to the tunica thus lowering EQ with full erect Penis Enlargement work like clamping and 90 - 100% erect jelqing. When I was into full erect Penis Enlargement work back in 2008 like full erect clamping, my EQ suffered greatly and my tunica became stiff and tough even when flaccid. I was forced to take a deconditioning break for things to get back to normal. Now the only full erect Penis Enlargement work I do is pumping. Now keep in mind this is all based on my opinion and studies of plastic deformation and the nature of the tunica. Obviously there are alot of members that do full erect Penis Enlargement work and make gains with no problems like Redzulu2003, DLD and others so what I'm saying is not written in stone or gosbel.

About my fitness training I'm weighing 203 pounds right now and looking pretty ripped. Still dieting and hitting the weights hard and heavy. Today is actually my cheat day and I've been pigging out on all kinds of junk food. LOL.

Kingsnake-I was wondering why you are only doing tunica hanging and not any ligament work? I saw that you have gained a little over an inch in BPenis EnlargementL, was this due to only tunica stretching/hanging like you are currently doing or did you do previous lig work? Im asking this because you seem to be taking a different approach compared to most people on this site, and I have read that lig gains are easy to get when just starting out.

Hey Drd13. The first .5 in length came from manual stretches and pumping. The other .6 in length came from hanging using my tunica hanging with the hanger attached at the base to concentrate on deforming the shaft within the base and scrotum area. This style of hanging is definately a different approach then the norm and has really been working for me by avoiding the steel cord that most hangers seem to having problems deforming.

The next time you get a nice hard erection, stick your finger in your ball sac and rub around a little bit. You'll notice that your erect shaft continues to run along your scrotum until it finally ends before reaching your anus. If you deform and lengthen the shaft and connective tissues in this area then by default the increase length of this area with in the base and scroutm area which is behind the steel cord will push out the part of the penis that's already exposed and visuable outside of the body.

When I do my tunica hanging with the hanger attached close to the base method I don't even feel the steel cord being strained or worked because all the tension and deformation is behind it. So it's almost like pulling out or pushing out inner penis but not quite since you are deforming and lengthening the shaft and tissues deep within the base and scrotum sac which will result in the rest of the already exposed shaft of the penis being pushed out further along with that enoying steel cord which you won't even have to worry about or mess with. I have posted these pics a while ago but here they are again to show with written in detailed discriptions of my hanging approach and the areas of the penis that's being stressed to deform and lengthen.
 
You were already HUGE when you got into Penis Enlargement. What made decide to Penis Enlargement? I know the easy answer is "bigger dick" But what convinced you to devote time to this knowing your weren't small or avg.?

I noticed your Ballooning for recover but you choose not to blow a load after. I gotten so accustomed to blowing a load post session I wasn't even realizing how bad my EQ was getting. Now it suffers.What's your view on ejaculations?

P.S. I'm going to commit to length work. I may throw some Clamping or Pumping in my session towards the end but stretching will dominate my routine. Interesting theory on edging. Ive also noticed that my penis gets a good semi-erect hang if I dont ejaculate after edging, whereas my penis turtles pretty badly after ejaculating.
Would you suggest edging only after jelqing or would it be a good idea to edge after stretching?
