The same way it increases on low tension, as I demonstrated before. After three hours of high tension, I switch back to low tension and clock an hour in to allow my dick to heal in an extended state. This is an excellent trick. You can't lose with this method. It always yields gains. But be sure to strap in firmly behind the glans every time. Avoid retraction at all cost. I even like my glans to remain full in volume. Most strapping techniques will cause your glans to shrink like a raisin. I don't like this. In my mind, this is considered a form of tolerance for retraction. You never want your dick to retract while extending.
How do you deal with having high tension for such long periods of time with a strapping technique? For me my glans turn a very dark blue and get cold and irritated and I can't wear it anymore. My glans have been permanently discolored since ive started extending. I don't know that its necessarily a bad thing, I think the color discoloration is only superficial. I haven't had any erection problems/etc because of it.
For me, on high tension with strapping, I can't do more than 2.5 hours worth of sessions before I have to take a ten hour break until my next series of sessiosn in the day, and ive been doing this for 4-5 months now lol.
