Hey acromegaly. Thanks for the support bro. With me I’ve been PEing for 7 years off and on now and with that many years of stretching my dick, my tissues are tough as hell and resistant to further growth. The topical chemicals are implemented to help soften my tunica and connective tissues as much as possible so further growth can take place through stretch force while using the most minimal force possible to accomplish this. Even the best routine in world isn’t going to produce much if your tunica ligs are as tough as steel do to years of mechanical tension.

Hey fellas. For the question on hanger design, I favor a hanger that surrounds and embraces the shaft for comfort. My snake hanger does this for me. If you look at my pics back on the previous page of me hanging, you’ll see that the snake hanger completely surrounds and embraces my shaft in a circular fashion to grip the circumference of my shaft for equal tension and stretch force to be applied. Hangers that squash and sandwich the shaft as a means of attachment, causes a great deal of pain for me and in my opinion can damage the tunica once heavy weights are reached. A hanger that completely surrounds the shaft in a circular fashion in my opinion is a lot safer and more comfortable when heavy weights are reached.

For the question on magnesium chloride, sometimes I’ll apply it at night right before going to bed to let it soak into my dick while I’m asleep. Magnesium chloride has a decent transdermal strength so it doesn’t take long at all for it to penetrate the skin into the tissues underneath.

Kingsnake... I want you to know that you're a major inspiration of mine. I myself have gained an accurate 2.3" of BPEL from three consecutive years of extending, using the original [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]Jes-Extender[/words]. On average I have consistently put in a minimum of 5 & 1/2 hours of actual extending time each day. This past year I have incorporated a day or two of rest each week to further encourage more gains. My initial stats were 7" BPEL and 5 1/2" MSEG, I'm currently 9.3'" BPEL and 5.9" MSEG. By this time next year I fully expect to have cemented 10" BPEL and 6" MSEG. During this entire time I have not done any manual exercises. Strictly extending work using the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]Jes-Extender[/words], which is a marvel of a device. Also... I'd like to add this... Much like yourself, I also measure my BPEL in the same fashion. The correct way. Toward the center of the base, above and along the shaft, standing with my knees straight. I find that the wooden rulers are a more comfortable tool for measurement. As the metal one's are flimsy and tend to cut into the skin.

I have one request...

Can you please post one of your old-school measurement pics? The one's that feature both the BPEL and NBPEL separately, but uploaded parallel to each other? Just as they were featured on your first page of postings. These images have always been my favorite. They provide concrete evidence that PE works. Which acts as a major source of inspiration. It also shows you viscerally what true size looks like. I'd love to see your current size this way, as I'm not far off from you as we speak. It'll be just the inspiration that I need to keep me working hard, at a steady pace, as I have been doing religiously for the past three years.

Piece of advice when hanging sit down so it is BTC-esque and then you'd experience what a STRETCH really is.

For the question on upper angles, this is the angle that has gotten me over an inch in length over the years. When I first got into hanging back in my earlier 20s I followed BIB’s LOT theory test before starting. I discovered that my LOT was and still is 6 o’clock from birth meaning that my ligs were already naturally stretched out with a low exit point which could explain why my pre PE size was already npel 8 inches. So right from the get go I went straight to upwards angle hanging with out really giving BTC or straight down angles a chance. I don’t know if BIB’s LOT theory is true or not but in my case the upper angles granted great gains for me, gaining roughly 1.5 inches in length over a 3 to 4 year period. I also favor attaching the hanger closer to the base to really focus on lengthening the shaft and connective tissues in the base of the penis that run down the scrotum. I have incorporated downward angles in the past, but didn’t see any gains with those angles and for what ever reason downward angles would always injury my dick once heavy weights were reached.

The silicone sleeve that I use is an LG hanger sleeve. I have an LG Hanger but it kept aggravating some old jelqing injuries that I sustained a couple of years ago so I couldn’t utilize it like I wanted to. How ever I did realize that the sleeves that come with the hanger would make a great anti turtling device so I incorporated the sleeves into my routine.

Hey 9inchNBPorBust. Excellent gains bro. A 2.1 inch gain from just using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is great. What I’m most impressed with is that you’re MSEG increased by almost half an inch with no manual or girth work. This makes me believe that one could gain both length and uniform shaft girth from just stretching or hanging by itself.

Its crazy to see how big you are now considering where you started. You started at 8.75 inches bonepressed and I started at like 8.25 inches bonepressed. Thinking I could get close to your size is insane lol. Im really not hoping to get to your size. Im just aiming to get an inch in nbpel. If I can gain an inch in nbpel, and lose half an inch off my 1 inch fat pad, then I think I can accomplish that goal well.
 
Thanks for the response snake man. I measured earlier this morning, and it turns out that my EQ is back in full effect. My actual growth has been 2.3" in length. As you already know, the problem with length exercises is that during phases of periodic growth, you temporarily lose EQ, but once your new-found gains are cemented, your EQ always comes back in full effect. I'm sure you understand the physiology of this happening on a deeper level.

As for the increase in girth without the practice of manual exercise, I have to credit this occurrence to an overall increase of volume. Which is expected from the usage of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] devices... 'VIA' Cell Division (Cytokinesis). DLD also affirmed this some time ago, when endorsing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words]. Yes... Much like you mentioned, I also like to believe that the same type of growth can occur in a uniformed fashion over time, with the practice of stretching and hanging as well.

In this game... It's all about continued practice that is executed in a consistent fashion, over the span of years. Keep your game up. You're like a star athlete in his prime. Let's make these gains. It's go time!
