I've been doing pull aparts with theraband rear delt extensions and FacePulls to combat this its working nicely.
it seems to be when I popped my arm out of socket when I was 16 so I have a left weak scapula, been over 10 years but I usually have to do the ,continuous rehab exercises what I found they branch over to better strength.
