A 5/10 chick will always be able to go out and have sex with some dude. A 5/10 guy will be hard pressed to find free sex, even if he works hard and puts himself in all the right situations. Personality has a lot to do with it, especially for guys. This is where we have the upper hand, because women are drawn more to personality than men are.
So you can't really say all women just want hot guys and big dicks. They want hot guys with big dicks with the type of qualities we looks for in a woman. It's no different than us wanting a woman with an angel face and comic book hero body and a deep personality, with morals and intelligence. You're just getting caught up in the fact that women can get sex easier than us. I'm sure they are fairly unhappy as well, the ones who can't have meaningful relationships with the men they wish they could.
Then of course, some people just like fucking and just want variety. But I don't think that is the majority. When's the last time you've had a one night stand with a that was anything close to having sex with a woman you had feelings for?
