Timber are you sure you are getting into the CC? If not I think you may have proved a theory I had about injecting into the tunica instead of the cc. By injecting into the CC you are effecting all the cells on the inside of the tunica as well as the CC but the IGF1 isn't able to penetrate out to the outer layers. By injecting at a specific site on the tunica you will have a larger ratio of IGF1:receptor than if you injected into the CC.
