Thanks Kinsey for the reply but Iive been hanging for a few years with minimal gains. 10 hours a week is the minimum Bib says one should hang to make gains. Sometimes i hung 4 hours in split sets. I didnt gain at all using any angles, except the sides of my penis became more exposed, but along the top didnt. I think i have a steel cord issue.
