Hey insaneone2. I've been pumping iron since highschool but I didn't get seious with it until college. I play bball every now and then. For cardio i favor high intensity interval cardio over slow duration. Me, Mike and Brian do sprints twice a week. We do about 8 to 12 100yard sprints on the soccer field which only takes about 10 minutes. The thing about HIT cardio is it keeps your metabolic rate extremely elevated for the rest of the day after the session is over. Way more efficient then low intensity long duration cardio.
Hey thebrightestday. At my job I do not use heat before my hanging sets or stretching sets because at work I have no access to a heater. I only apply heat at home before my home sessions.

Hey gigel. With clamping It's about the lack of oxgyenated blood flow under extreme stress that causes the fibrosis response to the tunica. Oxgyenated blood flow is at a healthy level with a normal erection, pge1 erection because the CS mainly supplies the penis with fresh blood. With a cable clamp the CCs and the CS are constricted to trap blood in all three chambers which cuts off blood flow almost 100%. This causes massive engorgement but this type of engorgement in my opinion should only be kept for no longer then 10 mins.
I have actually revamped my routine to to where on the days that Im not injecting, I will be clamping for 3 to 6 ten minute sets through out the day while Im at work. These non injecting days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Basically Im aiming to put my dick through as much erection time as I can a week to stretch the tunica to new limits.
So my revamped chem routine is now this.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (pge1/tb4 injection erection days)
Morning session: dmso/paba treatment for 40 minutes/ 2 twenty min tunica hanging sets/ 1 twenty min lig hanging set
Mid Day: PGE1/TB4 injection phase: 3 to 4 hours. First 1 hour of erection perform edging to flood penis with bio chemical inriched blood from supplements I take.
Afternoon: After erection goes down do DMSO/PABA treatment again then 20 to 45 minutes of jelqing and ULIES ranging from 60% erection to 95% erection
After jelqing, perform 1 last 20 min set of tunica hanging
Monday, Tuesday Wednesday (non injecting days)
Morning session before work: dmso/paba treatment 20 minutes/ 1 twenty min set of tunica hanging
Lunch break at my job: 2 ten minute clamping sets in bathroom stall if Im not fucking Janiss in her office
While at work after lunch break try to sneek in a few illegel 15 minute breaks to do 10 minute clamping sets in bathroom stall
evening session: Now at home dmso/paba treatment 20 minutes/ 1 twenty minute tunica hanging set and 1 twenty minute lig hanging set.
Afterwards, 15 minutes of edging to flood penis with bio chemical filled blood from supplements I take.
Hey bigdex28 and MikeShlort. I agree with you on the need to be erect for longer then 2 to 3 hours even though with me Im erect for longer with my pge1 sessions. But to add more erection time per week, Im now doing 3 to 6 ten minute clamping sets on my non injecting days. Hey bigdex28. That pentox stuff looks good. Definitely will be adding that to my supplement aresenal.
Hey lazyhanger. I do no clamping during a pge1 erection. Trust me. The pain and intense engorgement that the CCs go through with a pge1 erection is enough as it is. I only clamp on my non injecton days. I haven't measured yet since starting my protocal. I plan on measuring this Thursday to see where Im at. One thing I have noticed so far is my flaccid girth has increased and my tunica is more soft and stretchy then ever.
