Hey newbie09. I use multiple clamps at the base to increase the overall area of pressure. With two clamps at the base I feel the pressure travel higher up to my midshaft area. With me I don't like to click the cable clamp down to many clicks because this can cause damage to the area that it's clamping down on. Instead by adding another clamp at the base this creates more pressure without having to click to many times with just 1 cable clamp for more pressure. Hope that made sense.

because even me, I bout a camera and out of the blue I wanted to see how things look and I looked about 3 inches longer than this video. However, it was my flaccid stretch.
