Hey Kinsey. In the beginning I bought into the whole LOT theory and based on the LOT theory I have no potential for lig gains since I was born with a low LOT of 6 oclock. I went straight into tunica upward angle hanging and made huge gains from it. I don't know if the LOT theory is true or not since I'v'e never gave btc angles a true chance to see if they work for me. But I do what works for me and so far Tunica hanging has been the way of the snakeman.
Hey parker06. You can get length and girth gains from clamping and jelqing but also add some form of stretching to help with length gains. If you can, impliment hanging into your training as well bro.
