Regarding the picamilon, from what I've read, it's like alcohol without the alcohol, meaning that it doesn't have any intoxicating effects and doesn't feel like much of anything at all, instead it just creates improved mood, reduces social anxiety, and "takes the edge off" in the same way that a 1 or 2 drinks does for the typical casual drinker.
