Well for a week now I've been taking a ton of suppliments. Probrabely from the paba, evening primrose oil and vitamin E suppliments that I take all together 3 times a day. EQ is always at 100% even before I started taking all these suppliments a week ago but now Im noticing that my flaccid hang is hovering between 7 to 7.5 inches and stays engorged pretty much all day.
So right now Im taking as follows
(For nitirix oxide and blood flow)
arginine and orthinine combo, citrulline malate and aakg 2 grams of each in the morning and 2 grams of each in the evening
(For dopamine increase which increases DHT levels)
L-Tyrosine 500 miligrams in the morning and 500 miligrams at noon
(For increased neural signalling activity for prolonged erections and increased penile sensitivity)
Choline 600 to 1200 miligrams in the morning and 600 to 1200 miligrams at night.
Acetyl-l-Carnitine 1 gram in the morning and 1 gram in the evening.
(For increased tunica elasticity, cologen remodeling for easier gains. Also for tunica scarring and fibrosis prevention)
Evening Primrose oil 2 grams in the morning, 2 grams at noon and 2 grams at night
Vitamin E 400IU 1 pill in the morning, 1 pill at noon and 1 pill at night
Paba 2 grams in the morning, 2 grams at noon and 2 grams at night
(For increased natural testosterone production to help penile growth and fertility)
Tribulus 1 gram in the morning, 1 gram at noon and 1 gram at night
Zinc 200 miligrams in the morning and 200 miligrams at night
Folic acid 800 mcgs in the morning and 800 mcgs at night
(For increase in natural growth hormone production for penile growth)
GABA 750 miligrams after my morning Penis Enlargement workout, 750 miligrams after my gym workout and 750 miligrams after my evening Penis Enlargement workout
Since I've been taking these suppliments for a week now I'm popping raging hard boners all damn day like Im taking viagra or gold reallas or something. With my body being loaded with these suppliments I'm thinking this will create a perfect enviroment for further gains in conjunction with my Penis Enlargement workouts.
When I get some DMSO I will crush up the paba pills and mix it with the dmso and apply it topically. Hopefully the dmso will drag the paba directily into the tunica through the skin since it's a transdermal.
For those of you guys that clamp I strongly suggest yall take paba, evening primrose oil and Vitamin E to increase tunica elasticity for easier gains and to prevent your tunica from getting stronger and toughening aka Fibrosis, since clamping creates a lot of insane internal pressure on the tunica walls.
Right now with my Penis Enlargement workouts Im doing as follows
Morning Penis Enlargement workout: 1 twenty minute tunica
hanging set with 30 pounds, 1 lig
hanging set with 20 pounds and 15 minutes of edging.
Usually I'd put on my silicone
sleeve as a ADCs at work but with the suppliments Im on, my dick stays engorged through out the day. I may start using my ADCs at work again in the future anyway
